This channel is everything about motorized bicycles of any kind! We done every kind of motorized bicycle gas build there is and now looking forward to the new Ebike side of this hobby! currently trying to work out few deals and such! soon hope to be going toward that direction since so many want to see what is really inside these bikes!
You know I will take that thing apart, part by part and see what is inside why it works like it does and if it's bad or good well that depends on how well it's made. I think people should know what they are buying and be educated on what is inside and why it works the way it doesn. like every hobby some companies hit the mark and make a great product and some well just don't!

CDHPower Forks In 2024 Are They Plastic?
I had a bunch of people ask me if the CDH power forks are made out of plastic! ???????????? So here we go! We have a new set and a a 3 month old chopper set sitting side by side to compare the two.

so everyone said buy this! it's horrible! look the reviews! ....... honestly the horrible parts was the paint job. which if you clean it up some with acetone. you should have a decent runner. I was told by many this engine was blasted with paint 😜 yes in fact it was 😆. My goal is not max speed here! The goal is to make a bike run at a sustainable rpm range and keep up with traffic. I want a bike that can go past 45 yes. But I want my engine to not explode trying. I want to keep this as a daily rider build. Not a constant repair build. I don't want to replace a minarelli or a saw build for 40 seconds of fun when all rod bearings fall out of it after going 45. ...

To be honest I just didn't care to own another saw build. I was wondering what the kit could do under the most ridiculous possible conditions to get a top speed run out of it. What exactly do you think a phantom 85 is... Copy of a Ms460 saw build. Avenger 85 has higher compression ratios....

You need a 1k 10 watt resistor@@RaoulDuke224 that is if you're planning on using a spark plug coil also known as a fly back transformer

This is the hsk 850.bigger then a 70mm piston in mine. Gotta remember these are actually imperial engines though! Everything is fractions

I have been working on another build also! MS660 build! Problem is that i can not find the Husqvarna K760 piston rod by itself without buying the crankshaft too! What is the serial number for the Husqvarna K760 piston rod?

@@KevinLunsford-je3rz you have to go on eBay find one. Use a cut off saw on the crankshaft. It's what everyone does.

Glad to see you’re back. Hey I’m building one of these right now and wondering what material you used to fill the original bolt holes? I’m thinking of using 6063 or 6061 aluminum bolts. Any suggestions thanks.
I used stainless steel 8m to 6m thread adapters. Just used 6m bolts.
@@BuildBreakFix Ok good to know. By any chance did you machine the cylinder on this one to have the same bolt spacing as the case itself to use with the adapters? I saw in your guide videos you did that to the example. I was always under the idea that one would leave the cylinder alone (atleast when using a yd100 bottom) and fill in the case holes with bolts, cut it, level it and drill new 55x50 holes. I originally tried using stainless steel bolts but my press and bit would bend off of the steel and onto the aluminum case ruining the hole pattern. Thanks again.

Been using Stehl Chainsaw engine oil, 6.5 oz oil to 2.5 gasoline, 50 to 1. For break - in 2 gal of gas with the same oil, 6.5 oz. With the Motorized Bike engines. 2 cyc. 4 cubic inches. (ZEDA), High Compression Head, Tuned Pipe. Hot Sparkplug, NGK BPR4HS, Stock Carb Jet , #70, way rich. After Break-in I changed the Jet to #66. Still a little rich on the bottom but nicely 2 strokes Top 30% of Throttle. Most important, Warm these engines up BEFORE pushing them. Do this every time you ride, your engines will give great service.

I saw lots of people running 40 to one ratios but I felt like that was always a little too lean but I knew the 16 and 20 to one ratio from cradle to grave seemed stupid to me so I decided to start running a medium after I broke in my cylinders and pistons using the 16 to one than 20 to 1 ratio after that I would run at 32 to 1. personally I run 4 oz of XPS marine XD100 E-Tec full synthetic for my build in a gallon of regular 87 octane but I have been considering mixing up nitro RC fuel into the gas tank as well to see if I can get some extra power out of it and before anyone warns me yes I know you need special oil to run with nitro RC fuel because standard two-stroke remix will break down when exposed to nitro meth

@@BuildBreakFix i got one problem. If i give it full throttle it only revs to 5k rpm, it feels like a rev limiter. How can i fix that? I dont think thats normal.
There is a million reasons it could be limited. Most common reasons. To big of a main jet. Over sized carb. If you have a stock pipe. Baffles could be plugged. Dirty air filter. Restrictions in the intake. Exhaust seal leak. Throttle/cable is not fully pulling carb open.
