@luisnavarro880 I got it running. It still needs different jets cause it's a batch to start cold bur when it dose it rips just can't go full Throttle from a ideal but if I go up normally it hulls ass. Just been too cold to mess with it.
What does it mean when my bike starts bogging after riding it. Cause it doesn't bog when I'm just sitting there revving it. But when it starts getting air from rolling starts bogging and backfiring.
Under load it must be either rich or lean, what does it do if u apply the choke when riding? What type of carb? Valve lash in spec? Good fuel? New spark plug?

Well I just found out something was up with my gas it was milky I cleaned it all out. But it won't Accelerate it wants to die but I did put the smaller pilot jet in it. Idk I'm trying rack my brain what's going on... might still be the magneto but I'm getting decent spark
Might be loading up on gas. If it only starts on with open trottle try lowering the needle and raise the idle
So, whats better for 125 pitbike? 24 or 22?
22mm
???
22mm is best. My son just learned the hard way , he wanted a 26mm , I told him no it will be to big , I said at most a 24mm and even that's a have big , so he got the 24mm and fighting it to get it tuned , came with a 115 Main and 40 pilot .
So on the YX140 with the 146 kit from tbparts and the high compression piston, it comes with the 26mm carb, do you recommend a 22/24 instead?
Ive had decent luck with a 26mm on the 140, some are fussy but most yx140 motors will run good with a 26.
Just have to see how snappy it is and maybe fine tune a little. I had a 140 stock engine with Chinese 26mm carb and had great power never really had any isssues
@@bearkreekboys I always have terrible luck with the 26mm on the 140, but the 24mm seems like the perfect middle ground. Being able to snap the throttle and still have some speed.
Hi, on apollo is exhaust original?
No
@@bearkreekboys Can you tell me what brand it is why dirt bike model it is
Any jetting suggestions for Apollo 125 with a nibbi pwk 26mm
What do you have for jets right now
will this carb work on syxmoto 125c
It should!
So I got 3 pit bikes 2 125cc and one 110cc I put a 22mm on my 110cc it ran the first time I put it on there but then after I got a new wheel and cover for the bike cause I got it cheap it wouldn't stay running some how I got it to run went up the street but the bike would die after halfway of throttle I put smaller jets in it wouldn't start up put the normal jets back in now it starts runs for like 3 to 5 secs and dies could it be something dying with like my magneto? Or maybe the wiring is junk? It's making me mad.
I have a thumpstar 140 and installed a nibbi pe22 on it, I’ve played with the jetting, the idle screw, and have no air leaks and it’s idling way too high.. any advice to get it idling where it needs to be?
Choke on? Throttle cable and slide not installed correctly?
Choke is off after starting bike, cable seems okay and the tube is on the correct side I believe.. the divot is on the side where the idle screw is at
@@garretswart8111 something has to be causing it to idle high, recheck all throttle cable areas and make sure it has freeplay.
Oh shit. I might have bought the wrong carb then. Pz27 for my 110cc haha
But i have ported the head so it might work and i do all this for to speed and mid and high range torque and power
That's pretty big! Might be able to get it decent for your liking
If you missed any of the Nibbi videos in the past I'll leave the playlist below! Hope this helped some of you that needed jetting tips and correct carb sizes! We will be riding with these carbs in a future video. ua-cam.com/play/PLRk5EEcptMbot_LhSrNlgR4o0ry0V9r48.html
do you have any social medias? maybe we can video chat and ill show you whats going on with my bike and carb to see what do you think .if thats ok
perhaps, what do you have going on.@@desertwolfarmory
140 cc
Nibbi 24mm
45, 112 jets.
Slightly lean on main. Will bump it up.
Nicee!!
Yup put a 22 on mine, boo yah!
Yeah they run pretty good with a 22!
@@bearkreekboys I put a 22 on my 2021 Apollo Max and it's awesome now, but I also put a 22 on my wife's 2022 Venom Thunder (an Apollo) and it friggin SCREAMS!!!!!!
Ripper 😮
I could run a 26 carb on a 110
I just purchased a Nibbi PE22 FL
It's for a Lifan 125cc
Comes with a 98 main and 32 pilot..
Also comes with 30 pilot and 92,95 and 100 mains
Do you think those jets would be enough to get me ballpark running right?
Cheers 😊
U may need bigger pilots to get crisp throttle response
@@bearkreekboys ok, thanks mate
I am looking at doing the same with same motor. What did you end up with? Thanks. @@DarrenBoxhall
@@MarkedPrivate-n9p ran the 32 pilot that it came with, then put the 100 main in and put the needle valve clip down 1 groove. Runs perfectly, snappy as, starts perfect
My plug was black with 32 pilot and 100. I'm at 1500 feet above sea level is this why?@@DarrenBoxhall
"Wicked fast" I smoke one of this on my small honda crf150r. The crf150r is also the slowest bike i owned. The apollo are nicely price thou.
Crf 150r is a race bike lol
Imagine comparing a race bike to a pit bike. It's literally the same thing as somebody saying "my CR85 is faster than a pitbike.."
Well no shit Sherlock 😂
Thats a full size dirt bike not a little pitbike
Had 3 knock off mikunis… they were all trash and tuning was horrible. Got a real mikuni but it was way too big for my 125.. broke down got a nibi 22mm threw a 115 main jet and it runs better than my Yamaha. Needle is 3 position and it is on the richer side.
Glad to hear!
yea i think my bike is too rich im going to pull out the spark plug and check
If it was too rich it would run worse when the engine warmed up
Looking for a bigger carb for my 100cc 4 stroke and i ordered a pwk22mm but i am reading everywhere that its a 2 stroke carb and will not work on 4 stroke. Got some advise? 😅
Pwk is typically on a 2 stroke, I did make my 125 run with a 24mm pwk though, just rich..
