This is correct way to handle it without ripping off the roof. The beam sag over times. It also depends on if they need a new roof because, layers and layers of asphalt needs to be removed . After that we remove all the wooded board or plywood . Finally replace all of the beams that are not straight. This will be a $10-$15k job.
