I install seven interior door for my subscriber
One of my subscriber gave me a call to install interior. I wanted to say "no" but couldn't do it. I usually charge between $150 to $225 per install but since he was a subscriber I only charge him $100 per door. This is way to much work for custom door installation.

This is the house that the tenant destroy. Finally got it done, I raise the rent by $200 on this property. I think I should raise it by $350 or $400. I heard that those tenant are homeless at this moment. Couldn't get approve for any housing.

Had to evict these tenant out. They are just pure dirty, not paying me as stated. The rent was $1,300 a month and they pay what they want to pay. For an example $200 this week and $150 next week but never total of $1,300 monthly. I'm putting all my headache out and starting fresh.

I got sued by a moron person who refuse to take no for an answer. He ask to purchase my property when I told him no, He tried to bully me around and damage my property. When that didn't work, He tried to sue me that he trip and fall at my property. I beat the case. It was rule in favor of the defendant. I will now start to upload more videos since this is all over.

This is very helpful but I have one question. On the low (right) side where the two door frames meet in the corner, how did you align the top trim for the door you're adjusting with the top trim for the door next to it? It looks like you would need to lower the right (low) side about 3/8" to leave the same reveal on the top board you added. I have the same configuration but my doors don't have the corner blocks so it would be obvious if the top horizontal trim pieces on both doors don't align. I think I would have to lower the trim on the adjacent door as well.

I usually let it sit for a day for it to totally absorb it. I repeat it if it's still a little moist.
But air escapes to the highest point. Is that lower than the radiator cap?

I still had to crawl underneath the truck to locate the fuel pump. I measure from the side and measure from the back of the truck. Glad to hear that you got it done.
I've doubled the rent in my units over the last five years. People have no idea how expensive being a housing provider has become.
All my properties whenever a tenant move out I always raise the rent now. Back in the days I kept it the same even when they damage the property that is when I first start off. Now is a total different story, I rather have a place sit for months until I find the right tenant.
I have the same problem in my main entrance but the floor is slanted as well . Any tips you may suggest?
If you can crawl underneath the house and make sure that the floor joists aren’t broken or rotted…if they are you will need to jack up the house and replace them…if they aren’t then they might be sagging and need adjusting and reinforced

They live there for the past two years. I was about to evict them after a year but, the kids had no where to go. But, enough is enough.
Housing low income is becoming impossible for mom and pop landlords.
They don't realize they are hurting them self. The rent was $1,300 a month but once done it will be $1,600 a month for new tenant. This is the real reason why rent are going up because, of tenant destroy our properties.

Why didn't you want to sell it to him in the first place? You talked about prices so I assume he was trying to lowball you but any other reason before he started trying to pull that bs? You have to use pex rated for heat, not regular pex
Using these pex are fine. Some of my properties been using over 15 years and with no issue.
