For the Balthazar fight in the nightsong prison, you can just move all skellie bone piles to the edge while invis and then blast them off the cliff. Needs alert feat though for when Balthazar activates.
You could sneak and pickpocket Balthazar, drop one of those flowers from the underdark that causes silence effect into his inventory and profit @@Pheeon

the ring mechanic seems logical/natural even if not intended, but y the amulet was straight up a bug lol, well dota has a similar mechanic but ppl use it for marginal efficiency tho@@Pheeon
I'm honestly not positive, you can check the vod. It was probably a lucky loot from a bookshelf though you can try to get it from Roah at moonrise by resetting the shop over and over (long resting)

Fun thing, you can make all of the thorm kids kill themselves and gain exp from it. It’s something I did through my run and it was quite helpful

For some reason you actually get more exp that way than actually fighting them
I can reccomend going 8 str and putting the points in con and charisma/int and just popping a str elixir every rest for 21/27 str
