Now she did take a few weeks off right after our daughter was born but there was a lot of testing the waters to see if things were healed up or not so….. Now we’ve been married for 30 years now and things aren’t as active as they once were but hey, I bet I get it more than most 30yr old males.😅😅😂😂
Female libido or sex drive on average lowers after birth, not to mention the other rapid hormone changes in a women’s body and healing from the birthing process. 6 weeks may seem long but it’s necessary imo. Understanding each other is key in a relationship.

I did everything I could for my children’s mother, I did all night and day wake ups when I was home. They did so much to bring our kids into this world they deserve as much rest and recuperation as possible. So if I could cook her meals, go to the store to get whatever craving she had, give her as much rest as I could working rotating twelves I would do it all again. Sex wasn’t a thought again for a long time each time we had children. The woman was a saint and suggested it before it was even green lit again. Do everything for the woman you love and the mother that made you a father. This man is not a man, he’s despicable garbage. We never even got married, been together over a decade, I proposed but the wedding didn’t occur. I was with her during both c-sections, saw her inside and out literally, I couldn’t have been more attracted to her after all of it. The recovery was really hard, one of them she nearly died and I was ushered out with our youngest in an incubator. They were so powerful to push through all of that and come back out of it fully amazing. If that’s not attractive as hell I don’t know what is. How am I gonna have more respect and compassion for someone that wasn’t my wife than a man with a wife?!
I can understand that guy's frustration at waiting the recommended amount of time to engage in marital relations after your wife has a baby. I went through it with my ex-wife, but cheating on her never entered my mind, I have a hand after all. I can understand the physical changes to a woman's body after being pregnant can leave her less appealing at first. But, when my ex-wife decided to do something about it, I was right there with her, jogging or working out along side her to support her. I was not out cheating on her. Why is she my ex-wife? Well, that is a long story that involves the pregnancy. You see, we had talked about having kids, and had agreed we should wait until one or both of us made some career changes. But then her work was planning to transfer her, and she didn't want to be transferred, so she stopped taking her birth control pills, without telling me. After the baby was born and while trying to work through all of this is when she filed for divorce, which I gave her. After all, making the decision to have a kid and not discussing it with your spouse is a pretty big breach of trust.
You clearly haven't fathered a child. Six weeks in if you're helping care for your infant you're exhausted and all you dream about is sleep. I've had 4, even after having had a couple it's exhausting caring for a newborn. Six weeks is healing and getting your feet back under you.

I helped my brother and his wife take care of their two biological children together and they were exhausted for the first two years (their kids were born 14 months apart). I shared much of that burden and dealt with exhaustion too. There were times where I'd get my nephew down for a nap when he was a newborn and I just passed out with him sleeping in my arms from the constant diligence I had to muster.

Do I think people should cheat? No. However, I was listening to this video of guys reading a reddit post of the husband who was cheating on his wife because the wife got depressed after the baby. She didn't say anything to him about it and left him in the dark, pushing him away. When she found out that he was cheating she started to do all the things he like so she can get ride of the other girl, then she divorced him. Was he wrong for cheating. Yes. However, she keep him closed off, didn't ask for help and the only time she did something is when she seen someone else could have took him. When men hear that after a baby then bed time is over, it tells men not to get her pregnant. Same thing with getting married.

It is soooo obvious that this man did not go to any checkups nor was he in the delivery room. First thing a doc tells you is no sex until you're cleared by the doctor and they give you an appointment six to seven weeks out. When I had my daughter, the obstetrician told me POINT BLANK not to have sex for 6 weeks. My husband's doctor told him the same thing after he had his vasectomy. A woman should absolutely wait at least two years in between pregnancies. If she gets pregnant before the two years her body isn’t built up to its normal strength after the first pregnancy. This can have a bad effect on the second kid and the mother’s health. So five months ain’t shit when it comes to his wives and babies health in the case of an accidental pregnancy. This guy hasn’t earned the privilege of being a father or a husband in my opinion.

It is soooo obvious that this man did not go to any checkups nor was he in the delivery room. First thing a doc tells you is no sex until you're cleared by the doctor and they give you an appointment six to seven weeks out. He wanted a child but not the inconvenience of actually having a child. She will end up raising this child by herself and he'll never grow into a real man.

A woman should absolutely wait at least two years in between pregnancies. If she gets pregnant before the two years her body isn’t built up to its normal strength after the first pregnancy. This can have a bad effect on the second kid and the mother’s health. So five months ain’t shit when it comes to his wives and babies health in the case of an accidental pregnancy. This guy hasn’t earned the privilege of being a father or a husband in my opinion.
