Yesterday I had a flat tire and 50 women drove right by me without stopping. And then one woman did, but I pepper-sprayed her because she was 5 foot three and weighed 180 pounds and drove a kia and gave me the ick. Ladies, if you're gonna help and fix my tire, at least be super-model status and pull up in a Lamborghini. I know my worth. Drizzle, drizzle.

Hey ladies [and I use that term in the LOOSEST of meaning] you are not special at all. Pretty girls are a dime a dozen. Traditional women who respect men, do for their man as they expect their man to do for them, and women who place the man first, as most men do with women are a rare and cherished treasure. So many men have been hit with that "you put in 100%, I put in 0%" or something similar it's not funny.
The thing that most people don't realize, is that [societally/socially] it is *always* the man's fault, and often for mutually exclusive reasons: "Oh, he came on too strong, it was creepy!" vs "He was too passive!" or "he's emotionally unavailable!" when you don't show emotions vs "he's weak!" when you do, and so on and so on - and it's always on the man to "man up" and 'improve", society telling these men *you are not good enough* no matter how much work they put in.
But "Man vs Bear" showed just how invisible good men are to women, and how that's just not going to change and how useless it is to even try.

I mean, you could easily spend as much as you would on a prostitute for 2-3 dates without ever being sure that the relationship would continue, let alone lead to sex at some point.
Once robots reach the soft/artificial muscle design and can supplant women in the bedroom I think what we see as western culture could collapse very quickly, within a decade perhaps given a lot of men are in sexless marriages.
Throw in domestic help features like cooking and cleaning + some occasional conversation and I think that women could find themselves really having to make a case for themselves for once.

This reminds me of how I deal with panhandlers. Anybody who lives or has lived in the city KNOWS when it's about to happen, if they see the vagrant first. The simple hack is to flip the script. You hit them with "Hey man, you got a dollar?" before they can ask you and like the last line of OP's comment, invariably you will see instant befuddlement, their brain short circuit and can just keep walking at your normal pace. 95% of the time the befuddlement lasts a sufficient amount of time to leave earshot of said vagrant and go about your day.

I just wanna say I wish you and your man much success! It's nice to see a woman with common sense, a beautiful smile, and a great attitude! You're right - we sane men know that the only way to win the game is by not playing it. "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" stuck around for centuries for a good reason. For the ladies:
    1. Don't call me "dusty" if you're not making mega-bucks yourself.
    2. Don't throw your income in my face unless you're willing to contribute.
    3. If you're not in perfect shape yourself, I don't want to hear any complaints about my weight.
    4. I can't control my high. Sorry, but increasing height only happens in TV comedies. Not something you can do realistically.
    5. Dating preferences are never "-ism" or "-phobic". "My Body, My Choice" applies to men too - so do sexual assault & rape laws.
😁 Nobody has a "right" to sex.
    6. If you're planning on building a future WITH him, then it's *implied* that you'll be with him through the lows as well.

Twenty years out side of the dating pool has been the most peaceful years of my life and left me much more money to spend on myself. As I was listening, here is what I was thinking about.
A little over 25 years ago, when I was dating my husband, we were up on a river here in Alaska fishing with a buddy of his.
After I got off work, I had brought my cast iron and camping cookware and made us a nice baked chicken dinner over a fire. This buddy’s girlfriend showed up after her work shift and complained the whole time about how she needed to quit her job because it was interfering with her quality of life, and she talked about how women are supposed to be taken care of and shouldn’t have to work because they are supposed to stay home and take care of the kids.
I remember my husband intently looking at his buddy when his girl went off into the bushes to pee, complaining about how dirty it was, and said: “dude you need to dump this one so fast it will make her head spin.”
Long story short. I’m still married, have 4 grown children and three grandchildren. My husband worked his butt off while while we were raising our family so I could stay home and care for our family and homeschool.
The older I get, I’m more convinced men want women who are good with doing whatever it takes in life to do well, but then once they know that about a woman, they will ensure they do whatever it takes to make their woman’s life the best they can within their means.
Most women just don’t understand what “within their means,” actually means, and many women demand a million dollar life on a dime store budget.
Where did we start to believe things and money are more important than people?
