I cant wait to do mine this weekend. I cheated tho my 12v already has a an4 feed so I tapped mine. And sence im in a 68f100 I could use a vband to t4 adapter. I love this turbo. And my drain I tapped for npt to an10. Amd for the control I used a pwm motor controller
More details on that PWM motor controller would be awesome such as setup and what brand/part number controller you use and any pertinent information in general would be appreciated.
I need a parts list for the feed line because I can’t find any info on it whatsoever. As far as what 2 bolt you used to the adapter to the feed line thread TIA
For your veins, wouldn’t a throttle position sensor work? Either on the pedal assembly or the mechanical rod to the injection pump? I know I did similar for a 4l80e trans and it took a little fine tuning to dial but made the world’s difference when shifting. Variable voltage output based on position. Just an idea. Sweet setup you got there!
I did think about this but most tpms are only 5v reference , I tried one off of a cat c12 but the sweep is backwards of how you need it and didn’t want to make a crazy linkage for it
Question: what do you do to the wastegate? I’ve got a 97 12v with a p-pump and I’m installing a 6.0 turbo soon. Should I just plug the wastegate line leading into the afc housing? How will it affect the fueling on the low and high end of boost. TIA!

They have controllers on Amazon dirt cheap. Hobby electronic circuit boards. Boost reference would be ideal.

Where did you get the exhaust ma of old "adapter"?

Most common rails have vgt turbos from factory 🏭
