How did you connect the two parts together without the seam showing when you fold it? Or does it show on the back? I recently did a similar one and slip stitched it at the end and left the seam just because I felt that was the most secure way

Hello there bella, I started working with the blue yarn and after I had the number of rows I felt satisfied with, all I did to start with the other side was connecting the blue yarn with the black yarn by making a not. After that I just simply kept crocheting the other half!

That was for the front part, for the back side, I grabbed both of the sides and I connected them by making a simple stich on every chain

For this one, I did 38 as it was the perfect size of comfort for my head, I'll recommend you to measure your head, it all also depends on the type of yarn, of is thick or thin 😊
