I notice sometimes when I clean certain older steering wheels it gets sticky after you clean it. Someone explained what it was but I don’t remember. I think maybe forensic detail talked about it. Anyways it sucks. I’m sick of megs apc too. I might have to give yours a shot. How’s the residue?

Early to mid 2000s Lexus IS300s had this issue all over the dash

Sun causes off gassing on leather and vinyl. Too much scrubbing and product will remove dyes from leather. Gotta keep a windshield sunscreen.
