In this video we'll take a look at the base model Explorer XLT and one with the optional 202A package that adds an 8" touch screen, heated and leather 10 way adjustable seats, and a power liftgate.

@@wthiebert, Yes. Very much so. For a SUV it puts the power down but with the Explorer you need to save gas which this is the best option for that. All the Explorer engine options I feel are more performance orientated vs other SUVs but they are pretty bad on gas. So far I am loving it. It is still not great on gas but that power really allows you to pass traffic when you need it. Not bad for a family car.

My wife and I just purchased an Explorer XLT that we pick up in two days. Got a lot of extra goodies. The test drive was awesome and it handled flawlessly. We pick it up on on 5/17/18, and I'll give an update on it's performance in a couple of weeks.

MIKE SMITH Hi Mike, we love the Explorer, ride's and handles great. It's Ruby Red with black leather interior, seats seven, and has 20" wheels. I'm still trying to figure out all of the gadget's on it, ( I'm old school ) but I think that this is going to be one of the best vehicles that I've ever owned. I love my xlt. 3.5 n-a engine runs well for me . I believe regular maintenance will keep your ride in good health.
