- I am using the Omnia oven again. It says on the advert use it as a normal oven. So i am going to test it out. So far i'm impressed! In this video i cook Halloumi nuggets and Potatoe Wedges. The halloumi was even better than when i did it in my oven at home.

I had to look up halloumi nuggets to see what it was - sounds delicious. Rain deflectors was a great idea.
I didn't know what they were when i firdt heard the name. Love the wind deflectors. Got them to run 240v in on a campsite.

Nice vid Paul, . i dont have one of those ovens but wondered if you could fit a couple of steak pies (or cheese ones for you) in it 🤔. If i had a van I would definately have one, so jealous of your stealth van - best way to go that.👍

Hi Paul been thinking about getting a omnia oven for a while probably a silly question but iv noticed you always use gas with it not a burner. so wouldn't it ready work with a burner. I don't really like carrying gas about on wildcamping or camping trips.
The fumes from an alcohol burner are poisonous and not something that you want going into contact with your food.
Yes you can use the spirit burner. Just use clean burning fuel. I use meths and dont want to get soot in ot.
