    Just started a scarf in this stitch, using Aldi aran yarn in multi lemon, grey and white, and a 5mm hook. It's looking really pretty already. Such a lovely stitch and the pattern is so easy to remember. Thank you Rebekah for sharing your tutorial 😃

    Love the stitch
    If you don’t want the bumps at the ends instead of chaining three I tweaked it… when doing the 3crochet row do two chains instead n voilà no bumps 😊

    Lovely stitch. Just wondering why US and Brit calls stitch (sc and dc) different names...

    Really likes this stitch, but how do you get to have the bottom and top of blanket to took the same? I mean the edge.

    Think I can do this. I am in the US so I kept forgetting the difference in UK and US. 😐

      It can certainly be frustrating to have the different terms and having to switch in your mind all the time, I really hope that you can do it - I am sure you can! 🌸

    Just wondering if this would turn out as nice using a 5mm hook?

    • @BlossomCrochet
      @BlossomCrochet  6 років тому

      Yes, if you’re still using a dk yarn the gaps would just be slightly larger 😊

    • @sandygrogg1203
      @sandygrogg1203 6 років тому

      amarie2242 You should see how pretty it is with a 7mm hook.. So lacy , and drapey.

    Can you do us a favor and have something across the bottom of the screen that tells us what a treble is, a half treble etc.. for the American crocheters. I watch your hands but get confused and forget what which stitch. A 1/2 treble = Double Crochet??

    • @Gelca510
      @Gelca510 7 років тому +1

      Nancy-Jo Nunez I believe the half treble is a half double crochet in American terms.

    • @MrsBrit1
      @MrsBrit1 7 років тому +3

      UK to US
      Double=Single
      Treble=Double
      Half treble=Half double
      She did mention the different terms when she was working.
