  • Binchotan Grill is for outdoor use only, or if you have a VERY WELL ventilated area. In this video, we used only 2 pieces and they were not at maximum cooking temperature levels, and after making this video, immediately put out the coals with water; there was never a danger of fire or risk of carbon monoxide poisoning and the smoke was at a negligible amount as you can see from the gilling.

2 A5 wagyu is one of the best ingredients in the world| and black truufle is great too

I have recently switched to Japanese cooking after my 14 year old got done beating cancer, because I deemed the way of cooking healthier than Western style cooking. Because of it, I made your Yakitori and proudly served it to my family. Everyone loved it, so I am on a mission to find more of your recipes I can make and afford. Minus the junk food sushi, of course lol Keep up the good work and the awesome videos. Love the channel - in fact, can't get enough!

I now understand there are different grades, do you ever plan to do a review of USA beef that may come close to comparison? Would like to see three or four different types we can easily order. AND I can't for the life of me find a similar cooker, Amazon has nothing like your Binchotan Grill, and I can't find there site. Anyway, hope you both have a wonderful Christmas:)
