      At the end of the video, at the 03:00 mark, we place the binchotan in the extinguishing pot. This step effectively extinguishes the binchotan by depriving it of oxygen, allowing it to be reused in the future.       I thought this charcoal is smokeless for cooking indoors ????? Smoke coming off that steak ???
