Her title was derived from her father (Louis Mountbatten, 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma ... @@retroguy9494 yeah the Windsors def looked/still look very German via the Hanover line. but yeah, i do find V and VI to be nice looking men. I guess looks are subjective.
@@fvnaticbychoice Well, VI yes. But V? I don't think he was at all handsome.
You know what we used to say in my college fraternity? Beauty is in the eyes of the beer holder! LOL
@@retroguy9494 can Germans not be handsome?
The Queen Mother had the most beautiful smile.
I wonder who the very old lady is sitting beside Queen Elizabeth at 15 the beginning, anyone know?
I thinks Princess Victoria of Hesse and By Rhine, Prince Philip’s maternal grandmother.
@@mpb3481 Thankyou
Yes it is, she was the older sister of Alexandra Feodorovna too.
Prince Philip very handsome on this 👍

The queen often looked like she had dark eyes, so beautiful

So nice💖💖💖
That's how I hope he is now - sleeping because he seemed so tired.
I think the lady on the left of Queen Elizabeth is Prince Phillips mother
His grandmother, actually
@@pedanticradiator Queen Mary is on the right. On the left is The Dowager Marchioness of Milford Haven, King Charles' paternal great-grandmother.
Mary of Teck was not interested 😂😂😂
БУСИНКА!всех собрал возле себя.Как ОНИ счастливы!!!💥❤💥
Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother looks like she's in hog heaven.
Долгожители они, если жизнь красиво человек долго живёт...
Who was that older lady in the beginning of the video when queen Mary was next to Princess Elizabeth holding baby Charles
I believe that is probably Prince Philip's mother, Princess Alice
@@pedanticradiator no that was prince philip's maternal grandmother princess victoria of Hesse and by Rhine she was Grand daughter of Queen victoria
Who's the very old lady next to queen Elizabeth here right side 3:13
Great Grandmother was alive to see Queen Victoria and others that were born in the late 18th century.
God send Queen Elizabeth 2 to grace the world with her smile and dedication for humanity. Rest in God's peace until we lie meet at that Glorious day at God's Palace in Heaven were we all are equally worshipping the Almighty Father God Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy spirit!
Che bella persona era re Giorgio, padre di Elisabetta II🌹
Who is that on the left side (for us) to queen Elizabeth at the beginning. Mary of teck on the right? And queen mothers mother on the left is it?
EDITS FOLLOWING
OP
There are TWO Possibilities:
1. Accoring to "Benjamin Mckenzie"
She is Cecilia bowes-lyon(86 years
old) The Queen Mother's Mother
2. According to: "DerHUND"
and "Chrissy Brown":
She is Prince Philip's
grandmother, Victoria
of Hesse and By Rhine
(d. 1950) who married
Prince Louis of Battenberg
[Later family name was
changed to "Mountbatten"
My Research:
The young woman standing
at our left is Prince Philip's
cousin, , Lady Brabourne
(aka: Patricia Knatchbull,
2nd Countess Mountbatten
of Burma -- died. 2017)
She was the last surviing
witness to Prince Charles
baptism. Her title was
derived from her father
(Louis Mountbatten,
1st Earl Mountbatten
of Burma ... Her mother
was Dame Edwina Ashley)
The short guy with curley
black hair (back row)
is Lady Braebourne's
husband (He was
a famous TV, stage
producer and art
specialist)
The tall fellow (on our right)
is Alexander Cambridge,
1st Earl of Athlone (d.1957)
who was Queen Mary's brother.
@@here_we_go_again2571 Thank you for the reply! I just noticed Cecilia bowes Lyon died in 1938 and this was 1948, 10 years after so it couldn’t be her. I’m almost certain now it’s Prince Phillips maternal grandmother, Victoria of Hesse and by Rhina (Mountbatten).

Who is the warmly smiling lady? I wish she was the prince's mother. The Queen and King don't look very relaxed or comfortable, he drumming on the back of the sofa and she looking everywhere but at her child. How they moved him around, not considerate of his sleep.
Hope they all got good support.
