Food Prep Bowl Concept

  • In this video I go over the way that I most commonly approach my meal prep each week to make sure that I eat how I want to during my busy weeks. This is called a bowl concept. Here you can make just a few items at the start of each week and mix and match them to give you variety while still eating the foods you should be. This attacks three big problems as to why people struggle with eating what they should. By having the food made ahead of time, you won't be rushed to make quick decisions on what food to eat or pick bad food that is available. Two you get to create options that you can mix and match and enjoy. You will learn over time what foods you like and you can cater the food to what you want. 3. You won't get bored eating the same stuff over and over. Each week you can cook different bases, veggies, proteins as well as mix in different sauces and toppings for variety.
