    Hi Jason,
I can barely keep up with you releasing one video after another 😊. It is just marvellous 😂
Water damage very often affect true depth camera. If this is not something you usually do and don’t have the tools, stay out of it. Otherwise, I have a video on my channel about repairing the true depth the old fashioned way by replacing Romeo IC. There’s also new methods now that can use just a tag-on flex

Hey thanks! I'll have to check out your vids. I have tag-on flex method on the way.

@@ststele I have seen that there is a method to replace the flex cable you just repaired with the "jc" brand one. It involves jailbreaking the phone to get (what i asume to be) the serial number of the part stored on the motherboard and programing a new one with that number. I did not try it tho, as i do not have that brand of programing tools (i bought the qianly icopy plus not too long ago and they don't seem to have this option available) and i do not have any phone that needs this type of repair.
Only commenting to let you know there might be other ways that you might want to explore to do this repair. If you do so i'd gladly watch any of your videos trying this out, although i probably wouldn't jailbreak a customers phone without their permision😄

    Hi Jason!
For the face id, ask the customer if had some software update after liquid damage, if so, update / restore. If not, just move the sensor to another known good flex.
    Have a nice day!

TrueDepth Camera is the dot projector. Check in the programmer and fix it with a tag-on flex by JC or i2c. For me this is the fastest method without having allignment trouble.

You really make phone repair easy especially with micro soldering. I'd like to ask you, which is easier and difficult for you to repair Android (Samsung or any other brands) or iPhones? I hope you could have a live feed where we could have some Q&A sort of thingy.... I have an iPhone X water damaged that was fixed by repair shop fully working and then I just left it for like a few days in my house cause I had to leave and then when I came back my phone start looping with the Apple logo moving sideways and then a different it gives lines and I’ve tried the new displaybut it won’t work. I’ve tried even the ejecting volts it gives 0.0 A and is 5.07 W. What could it be because I’ve tried this on disconnecting the Face ID and seeing if the boot won’t boot with the Face ID without it connecting
