    This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm a UX designer, and I've been doing this for quite a while. I know that I'm really good at my job and have gained a lot of great insight and experiences to share, but when it comes to me to speak in a meeting I don't SOUND like I know what I'm talking about. I start talking, and while the words are coming out of my mouth, my brain starts saying, "You didn't explain that well," so then I start over-explaining. Then I become aware of what I'm doing, and my brain starts saying, "You're losing them! Get it together!" And by then I feel like I sound like a total idiot, even though I know I'm not, and I know my coworkers know that I'm good at my job. So I'm trying to better my practices so that my words can make me sound as authoritative as my actual work.
    Thank you, Masha!

      I’m so glad that you’ve found this video helpful! I know the feeling 100% trust me. If I could find a way to calm myself down in meetings or during public speaking events, so can you :) good luck!!

      I am an UX designer and happens to me alooot! Especially because I just joined a new team in a new company. It's been only 2 months, but I would like to speak more freely and without emotions. And I know I am good at what I am doing, but I would like to sound more confidence and relaxed.

      Oh my goodness that's me also, I'm an undergraduate student, we doing alot of meetings 😅, and when is time for me to talk, I get lost and not that I don't know what I'm doing or not understanding, which makes me feel like a stupid person who doesn't know what she's doing

    The more stress I feel the shallower my breath becomes. Thanks for the reminder... a simple technique but often, the simple things work best!

      Just wonderful, I have been researching "ways of improving self confidence" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Beyophia Unimaginable Blaster - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering how to say goodbye to your shyness and anxiety without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.

    I'm an independent contractor and former IT employee. My income fluctuates and recently I've lost my client companies. No new client so far. Huge family drama every day because my father wanted a stable 9-5 job. I hate traditional jobs, and office politics as I've faced it. I need something quick solution for monthly stable earnings. I understand UA-cam can be a solid income source, but it needs years to grow. I can't even concentrate on work due to regular family chaos. It's difficult to make videos in this situation and wait for another 2years expecting to grow the channel. So, I apply for new remote jobs or other jobs- but the result is not yet positive. Getting a job seems like a lottery ticket for me now as, at any step of the interview, there is a chance of rejection. But I still apply as it's only a fast solution. But I want to build a passive income source, though it needs time. What to answer family for my immediate monthly income? Holding patience is only leading to uncertainty. I have a blog, but that's not working too. Very low revenue with zero affiliate product sales.
    I'm in a total dilemma. This chaotic home environment affects my thinking and creativity the whole day. What to do?

      Hey, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this… making money through content creation is much more difficult than others realize and so is generating passive income through it. You’re right, it will take a lot of time and skill. Have you tried getting clients through websites live Fiverr or Upwork?

    • @StereotypeBreakers
      @StereotypeBreakers  2 роки тому

      I’d recommend finding an immediate temporary solution to start generating revenue that gives you a piece of mind while you figure out what to do next in the long run
