OMGosh, I discovered Donna's videos in the last week and have done 4 of them. I LOVE every single one!! I am an intermediate practitioner and these practices have been doable, but challenging and give me room to grow my practice!! I hope Donna does even more videos as these are awesome!!!

I learned flow yoga from this amazing Russian instructor and loved her soothing, non-brash accent that flows so beautifully with yoga's beautiful Hindi words. Donna's voice is pleasant, her timing is perfect & explanations thorough. I find that I do not have to look up at the set at all with her sessions. Thank you! Namaste :)
I love the way you explain each asana. I feel like I am safe in your hands as your instructions are very detailed and will keep me safe from injuries! I wish you had your own yoga channel! I would totally go to your studio if I lived in Australia! I've practices with different online and in person teachers but you are definitely number one!

Hi Donna, if you only knew how much you are helping me!!.. love your videos, the way you explain the position and the whole practice. I started with a studio just 3 months ago and became hooked to yoga, but there is a lot for me to learn. I wish I can do more with the headstands...but it'll take time. Meanwhile I am going to keep practicing with your videos. I wish I can have them organized so I don't repeat them...any advise?. i even recommended your videos to some people at the studio, as some of the classes can be pricy..thanks Donna

Im not sure what you meant by "organised so i don't repeat them"? i think as long as you listen to your body, when it feels right go for it! Its great to have a regular home prac too for times you can't get to studio. stick with it :) , sounds like you enjoy yoga!! hope to post some more vids soon. Love Donna

Hi, Donna, I have some of your videos on playlist, and I am practicing, as i want to become instructor :) I have difficulties doing the poses that you lift your body on your hands-my hands looks trained, but actually cant handle the weight of my body :( I suppose i have to continue practicing, if you have any tips? :))))
A strong balanced practice (level 1.5 strength, 2+ flexibility), I took lots of pauses in between to work on the poses. PS- anyone ever tell you that you look like Kate Middleton?
IT'S ALL HIPS. Title of video is misleading. It's all hips.... HEEEEEEEEPS! Heaps of heeps. Also, her instruction is not very good. You can't say "move your foot out of the way." You have to say "move your left foot to the left side of the mat." Come on Donna!
