Hi Donna, I recently had a financial set back and was loving Core Power yoga but yoga cured PTSD, carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis so when I found this video I was thrilled! I will be seein you each day now and I just texted your video to a friend, I really like you are not pushing an agenda and your movements are so easy to follow and your clothing is modest which makes it easier to do with my husband around and not be embarrassed of the teacher, so I appreciate your whole video, one day I may be able to do the side stands but for now I just had such a nice evening because of ya! Thank you, Heather
I feel great gratitude that I discovered this yoga practice. I appreciate the challenges and opportunity to practice moves I do not practice often, like crow. The voice prompts and music are fantastic. Namaste!
I keep coming back to this one after trying many other flows available here on UA-cam. I especially love that core warm-up before the big back bend. It amplifies the benefit of the back bend and just feels so nice.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! This is by far the best one I have found. I love that there was music too. Most of the ones I have found do not have music but do a voice over. I much prefer listening to the instructor as the movements are happening with music in the background. Much more relaxing and made my living room feel like a studio. Definitely have some elements that are challenging for me to work on too!
I am new to yoga and I normally see yoga done in an almost military manner but you make it look like a graceful dance in a way I have never seen before. Thank you!
Her instructions are so clear that you do not have to look at the screen. She is so good that I did crow for the first time! I have been trying to get into a full crow for months. Great video. Thank you. :)
This is a nice sequence but for long time yoga practitioners I wouldn't call this an advanced level. First time doing one of your videos and definitely coming back. Thank you! :)
I'm a bit eclectic with my exercise routine at the moment- thus spoke the solitary martial artist. I enjoyed this. She's seems a good, knowledgeable teacher as well. I found it useful to listen to her instruction on some of the balances that I've been wanting to do.
Proud of myself that I did this after not practicing yoga for a few months. It feels great to get back into things although I will definitely be sore tomorrow!
Really enjoyed this.... good explanations to those of us who can't do the harder headstands etc... nice segue into various exercises from one to another. Thanks
This is a good power practice. Personally I missed some hip opening stretches and didn't find it too relaxing. But if you're looking for a strong workout flow, this is perfect.
Such a lovely class, Donna - thank you so much. You're a great teacher! I've not found any other classes that stepped through how to do side crow, and hey presto - this is the first time I've been able to do it - yay! Thank you so much again. 8)
This was a wonderful class. Thank you! My husband and I have been practicing for years but fell off the bandwagon for the past few months. It was wonderful getting back into it with this video.
Crow pose technique is amazing! Very good class! Thank you so much ! Just wish there was a child's pose in the middle cz it was pretty intense, but thats a good thing!
That was a informative article, here are a few more tips on how to get fit with yoga... Take a deep breath out: Often we equate yoga with some tough poses. And aren't you sometimes concerned that: "I can't even touch my toes, how can I do yoga?" Yoga is not about touching your toes, or stretching 98 degrees to your north-east. It’s a simple process of uniting with yourself - using your breath, body and the mind. And it’s easy and effortless. Yoga A New Dimension to Life: It is best to start learning the yoga practice under the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher who can lead you through the correct way of doing each technique. This would help you learn yoga postures properly and avoid possible injuries. Some of the philosophies or techniques taught in yoga may be new. It is a good idea to keep an open mind as it will help broaden and enhance your yoga experience. Simple wearing, high thinking: Wear comfortable clothing while going for the yoga class or when practicing yoga at home. Also, avoid wearing belts or excessive jewellery as it could get in the way of yoga practice. Wake up at cuckoo’s call: Although It is best to practice yoga postures early morning, if it doesn’t happen, don’t let it be an excuse to not practice yoga at all! You can do it any time of the day as per convenience. Smile to take you through the miles: See the difference for yourself. Keeping a gentle smile relaxes the body and mind and helps you enjoy the yoga postures much more. (I learned these and why they work from Betwans yoga blog website )
Ok Try this for flexibility look at the last 3 video's ua-cam.com/play/PLnciynPp7cyn1JQ3qO6p002RFBdxQ1i0O.html and try this Bootcamp quite a few people have had good results with this and a healthy eating plan also on our site (see Livelighter); www.efit30.com.au/slash-excess-pounds-with-this-six-week-bootcamp-program/
This is the first teacher I've come across in years that I would like to practice with. Thank you for taking the usual a notch further to make it fun again!
I have been doing this practice for a week as a beginner and even though I don't venture on head stands and crow I can do most of it and my flexibility has noticeably improved. Thank you very much for this awesome lesson. Namaste. :)
Hi Donna, Great to be doing a workout with you again. Greeting to you and Kate from the Isle Of Wight. Thanks for another great session on the mat. Matt x
***** Probably because the headache was from stagnation. This yoga workout moves a lot of qi/prana/energy and blood. Encouraging the free flow of qi and blood is likely what released the headache.
Fantastic set. I feel incredible after doing this. Very good instructions with perfect timing. Great how she builds up the poses. Compliments! Keep up the good work!
Enjoyed this sequence, especially the approach to crow and side crow. Just a bit worried about the sequencing of shoulderstand and headstand at the end. I've always been taught to do shoulderstand after headstand. Headstand compresses the cervical vertebrae and shoulderstand helps open them out again. So it is OK to do shoulderstand without headstand, perhaps you don't have time for both, but never do headstand without following up with shoulderstand. However in this sequence they are back to front. Other than that I loved it.
Tina Shettigara I would actually say that most individuals do both poses in such a way that reinforces musculoskeletal dysfunction/disorders in the neck and upper back (e.g., postural kyphosis) due to workplace conditions mainly (i.e., hovering over computers). With that in mind, I never teach either of the poses in group classes and very rarely in one-on-ones. They just aren't worth it. There are lots of other postures that offer the same benefits minus the risks.
I'm expanding my at home practice and I loved this sequence! I got a little sweaty at the ab work (LOVE IT) and I loved how you had multiple inversions (my favorite). I'll def be following more videos.
Your instructions were perfect, and to the point. My torn upper hamstring even feels better. Sometimes yoga flow can be a little too energetic (especially high energy music) and causing a little less grounding and more distraction. This practice was Simple and serene. Thanks.
Thanks for commenting and watching. So glad that this has helped you. We have more videos coming this week we will add them to this list.ua-cam.com/play/PL16B9CA85AEAD9AFB.html Namaste,
Loved this practice!! I have been looking for a routine that incorporates more intermediate poses and I am so glad I found this one. Definitely sharing this with my yogi friends.
Cassie Habitude Fitness I just finished this! Great way to begin my Sunday. Feeling more open and even breathing better. Going to share this video with my peeps on social media and my blog today! Thank you!
I was happy to get to share this video today with a very meaningful person that came into my life. You’ve been such a positive influence in my life. Wish to meet you one day to thank you in person, for now thank you so much. 😊 Big hug going your way from California.
Thank you so much for this flow! It was challenging both physically and mentally - I liked that you reminded us to keep our shoulders down since I have been known to keep my tension there! Great practice, thank you!! Namaste x
Love that Donna sticks to instruction on the moves and isn't too chatty. Great flow.
+Hilary Davis Thanks :)

thank you! great to have a strong flow online! As I am a yoga teacher and for me I really love strong flow classes!
Love how you explain crow variations so well that they seem effortless and actually allow me enough time to get into them at my normal slower pace !
I am new to yoga and I normally see yoga done in an almost military manner but you make it look like a graceful dance in a way I have never seen before. Thank you!
Ursula Harrington Glad you enjoyed it . Namaste
A very accessible calmly paced intro to some of the harder asanas. Thank you!
Thank you, Donna and Kate, for your great practices!
Thank you so much for your crow and handstand demonstrations! I've never been able to get into side crow before! Wonderful instruction!

This is a nice sequence but for long time yoga practitioners I wouldn't call this an advanced level. First time doing one of your videos and definitely coming back. Thank you! :)
BY FAR MY FAVORITE online flow sequence!!! Nice
A nice mix up on the usual flow. I love the arm balances and headstand practice! Thank you!
This was perfect. Most home practice videos I find way too easy. This is great when I work too late and can't make it to class. Thank you!
Thanks for the feed back. We are doing some more soon. Namaste.
I'm a bit eclectic with my exercise routine at the moment- thus spoke the solitary martial artist. I enjoyed this. She's seems a good, knowledgeable teacher as well. I found it useful to listen to her instruction on some of the balances that I've been wanting to do.
I've been searching on youtube for the right virtual yoga master. I think I've found her! Thank you so much, after this flow I feel cleansed!
Awesome thanks for watching 😀
Proud of myself that I did this after not practicing yoga for a few months. It feels great to get back into things although I will definitely be sore tomorrow!
Enjoyed the clear instructions and no chatting. Good flow with balanced work out through out the body. Highly recommend!

Thank you for this class. We are having a blizzard here in Boston, so this video guided me through a terrific yoga practice.
Thanks! This is a nice, everyday kind of maintenance sequence that I will definitely use when I'm on holiday and can't get to class!
One of the best yoga practices I've found online. THANK YOU for being awesome!
Thanks for watching the full list of Yoga routines is here ua-cam.com/play/PL16B9CA85AEAD9AFB.html

Thank you so much! I enjoyed this session very much. :-) Namasté from Berlin
Wow thanks for watching Namaste
I like the way you get into Crow, thanks Donna.
A slower vinyasa practice with several challenging level 2 poses, great!
thank you - had a pounding headache until I did this practice and now feel a million times better :)
Awesome, not sure how that worked but will take it as a "like"! :)
***** Probably because the headache was from stagnation. This yoga workout moves a lot of qi/prana/energy and blood. Encouraging the free flow of qi and blood is likely what released the headache.
poisxe thanks for that - makes sense :)
I really enjoyed this yoga workout. Instructor is great and easy to follow.
