These workouts are keeping me sane while I'm stuck living in a hotel. I like how they're no bull shit. No yapping. Just pure focus on the task at hand. I can't stand hearing people make a bunch of noise or their shoes squeaking. Hahaha.

Started week six of this workout. Haven't had take-out for over 2 months. Feeling a big difference already. Would like to have halved my body fat percentage by October. Only on 9lb on each arm, but will like to push it to 15lb and then 20lb in the coming months. Thanks for this brilliant regime!

my brother and i finished day 6 today...and boyyyy i just gotta say thank you for these. it's been hard to find something to keep us motivated and so far we have been loving it. (in the moment we hate it but by the end...we are sweaty and feeling good) those tricep extensions at the end tho 😅☠
