@@TheBodyConditioner i'm the same guy,, i've already subscribed you.. i'm telling that the exercise in 1:10 is literally tightening the glutes muscles.... And tightining the glute muscles is not good for bowlegs . Am i right ma'am?
@@RajnishKumar-hf8iw What I said is that the exercise is not targeted at the glutes. You may feel it there because the muscle that is being worked may be underdeveloped. But we're not working the glutes there primarily. Thanks!
