Depends on the situation, this was an good example since he blocked the left lane and the driver honking made the instructer aware that they were blocking traffic.
In the situation in this video the honking was justified, I think. The driver is notifying the learner that he is trying to continue along the road, but because of the learner's position, he is unable to.
A quick honk to try and get the learner to move over perfectly acceptable here.

I passed my driving test 2 years ago now, still watch these videos.. also honking at a learner driver, how impatient can you be, just wait it's that easy, on the roads i go out of my to help learner drivers, impatient people can just blooming wait lol... congrats Lachlan...

Thanks for these Mock tests - it has helped me a lot, I've just passed my test yesterday at Yeading Test centre at 2pm when it was pouring down heavy rain.
It seemed like everything was against me as my theory was due to expire on 24th June and then to know that my test will take place in a heavy rain. But thanks to you it helped me build my confidence and learning a lot about serious faults.
I went to my instructor around early May and just in 15 lessons and a total of 30 hours of driving with my instructor and watching your helpful mock tests and learning how to drive with George I managed to pass.
Also I had just managed to book the test like a week before as I had been on DVLA website all day checking for cancellation.
I think the most awkward thing was doing the test with half of the windows down in heavy rain due to Covid and having my right leg and right arm fully soaked but still managed to come through man.

I used to hog the lanes too. And at one stage my instructor asked me why I'm in two lanes? I told him I'm a meaty girl, I need space (he fount it FUNNY) 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just learn from your mistakes Lachlan. Your what 18 you're still young darling, I'm 28 and just passed my driving test a few weeks ago. So with youth and time on your side, you'll be fine my love 😊
I didn't think there was a problem using the handbrake, tbt. I used my handbrake during my driving test and it was fine. If a car hits you from behind and your handbrake is in place. You wouldn't hit the car in front of you. But you're the boss Rohit (a SUPER hot boss too) 😁😍😍😍

27:47 We seem to have parked in a Bus Stop.
I thought this as well, but maybe it's a temporary, or an old one. There is a car bay marked out too. Bit confusing.
It’s actually not a bus stop, it used to be. Also you can tell because there is no bus stop signs that tell you what buses come there. Just not a great job of removing the markings.
Have to wait till October for my test If I fail ill have to re take theory as my certificate will expire. So much pressure been waiting for 13 months

How to take mock test with drive london
if the car park is too busy, they change the manoeuvre?
Usually but all routes are different, try to learn in all places until your confident enough that it should not matter if its busy or quiet
They may take u to diff parking spot bt anyway they will make u do just one. For my brother he couldn't do forward bay park cuz it was busy on the first parking area examiner took so he made him do reverse bay parking at the test centre at the end of the test cuz they have parking area for test.

Is it a major if someone honks at you
Not trying to be negative, but isn’t turning with the clutch down coasting? So how are giving good points at 16:44? I thought this is bad and can get you drivers fault.
It is a fault. Probably wasnt paying attention. Sometimes youtubers pay an editor who can be lazy but not sure.
@@IJ2003 lol I was shocked when I saw a green compliment. Some of us watch these to learn something from them so we can improve our driving as learners but this is bit ridiculous.
He was a bit late with the shift but the clutch was on the bite point, not down when he went onto the roundabout
Not like the examiner is going to be at your feet LOL he had good control regardless hence the green

I got my test this week, anyone got any tips on nerves ! Im a nervous wreck 😣 .. only gone and pasted buzzing !
It’s gonna suck all the way until you get in the car but once you start getting instructions from your instructor or the satnav, you’ll soon forget about any nerves. When I sat my test I felt so anxious that I thought I was gonna vomit but I just powered through and it all turned out alright.
Pretend the examiner isn't in the car. Do not look at what they write, or assume its bad. Relax. Have fun and always check your mirrors begore changing direction. And if you're superstitious, wear those lucky socks. Every little helps.

Get a good amount of sleep the day before, sounds silly but It will make you more alert and focused and less likely to make mistakes.
