This is Abdullah, who came to Drive London to see what standard he is at for his driving test by doing a mock test and to see areas that he could improve on. Unfortunately his nerves get the better of him and the test gets terminated, but we still find areas where he could get more practice. Mock test's are a great way to get used to the nerves that you get on an actual test.
In the video the text colour would mean:
GREEN: GOOD POINTS
AMBER: ADVISORY AND MINOR FAULTS
RED: SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS FAULTS
These videos are designed to show you mistakes and how to fix them.

The no use of wipers at the start gave me mad anxiety 🤣🤣
Ultimate Driving Course would have let him carry on, rack up 29 dangerous faults and have a bomb title for his next video. 🎉 🎊

i can finally watch these videos for fun now😂
Worddd I know exactly what you mean I passed now I can just watch them 😂
Same! passed 4 days ago :D
I passed 4 years ago but i still watch for fun lol
Passed yesterday!!! Same feeling .. we still gotta keep learning how to drive .. these videos are a big help
I passed last Thursday and I’m still watching too :D
See what nerves can do!!?? I must say his sharp turns in the car park and speed was actually decent. First termination mock test I've seen though 😭
this guy is so tapped, he marks too harshly on things that dont even matter that much
Hitting the kerb should be a minor. Who even gets out to check the tyres 😭😭
Terminating a mock test is a bit harsh ngl, considering there’s one on this channel which was worse than this and he carried on with it.
16:48 OMG must get in front of the learner, but I don't mind sitting at the red light for longer, Idiots like this annoy me. If you want to overtake, do it safely, that wasn't safe right on top of a junction
And they stopped in the bike box 🙄
London for ya
I absolutely love the mock tests - always learning something new! From them. Cheer Rohit!
Rohit a quick question?
I sent my pass certificate - original to the DVLA and they've sent my drivers license but not the certificate. Are they going to send the certificate soon or I have to request them to send it?
Thanks for sharing, Rohit. I failed my 1st driving test in December 2020, largely due to nerves. However, I was nowhere near as nervous the second time around and passed with 5 minors in June. Nerves can get the better of you but try and stay as focused as you can. My driving instructor used to always tell me my driving was always great until nerves kicked in and I started making mistakes.
Same. I was driving well until I started doing mock tests and making silly mistakes that affected my driving and overthinking them. Then minor errors leading to major.
Anyway got my 1st practical test next week so I am hoping I’ll be okay…
@@maggiepp7997 you will be fine just stay focused 🥰good luck
Same here I really bad for nerves I happy to make mistakes now but not on my test day
@@mariaben6542 thank you I passed 1st time 4 minors 😬
@@maggiepp7997 congratulations 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Well done 👏 stay safe
I will be having my first practical test in December 🥵
Was gonna say, I'm confused why he didn't use the wipers at the start of his mock test, it was raining quit heavily 🤔 lol
He isnt actually that bad a of a driver, he just needs to do a few more mock tests to get familiar with the independent driving and he should be fine
He is not that good. The examiner had to intervene on multiple occasions and he had to check their surroundings. If you are a good driver, the examiner won't have to intervene to check your surroundings for you.
@@vintagetriplex3728 i never said he was amazing.. i said he needs more hours doing independent driving so he isnt nervous doing it.. he would be fine if he didnt get so nervous
I was told don’t start the car in gear. And when reversing out of the bay, he looked round on a Monday, then again Tuesday, and on Wednesday he left the bay.
When you have a mock test the idea is that you are at or about test standard. The mock examiner tries to present you with a situation similar to that which you might find on an actual driving test. This guy, had an unknown previous lessons standard and it proved quite simply that he needs quite a bit more tuition before he will pass.
i haven’t had a lesson for over 6 months, never had a mock test and passed
I don’t think it needed to be terminated tbh
Iv been through that feeling when test is near 😆
why would anyone learn to drive on a manual car ?
Manual cars will die out anyway by 2035
It is much more easier to drive autoamtic cars, so you only have to focus on signals, traffic and mirrors.
Hence why I’m doing my test in Automatic, easier to pass and useful in future
Cause then you have more options on what to drive
What if your friend's car is Manuel and you need to barrow it? Same thing goes if your family only has a manual car. If you take the automatic driving license, you can't drive it
And and trust me driving a manual car isn't that hard, I mean you just got to learn how to control the clutch. I mean sure I struggled with it first time but now you just do it automatically and fast
@@gotcha0031 to be honest I learned manual years back and can drive it but I’m more comfortable in a automatic hence why I’d drive auto only. As I said it’ll be only auto by 2035 so there’s no point having a Manual when that’s gonna be useless soon
I am very grateful for this channel and all the educational contents that helped me to pass my driving test and overall be a better driver. I passed my driving test on Friday with only 1 minor and had not one but TWO examiners sitting with me on test. Still a surreal feeling but hats off to this channel.
Thank you 🙏 and congratulations 🎉
Well done on passing! I’m just baffled due to the so called ‘lack of examiners’ resulting in huge waiting times for test dates of over 4 months and the huge mess with exam scheduling, and yet you have two examiners in one test? That is shocking resource management and honestly so disappointing as the extra examiner could be sitting so many other driving tests - purely the fault of the DVSA
@@asparkdeity8717 Thank you. What I later found out was that, the driving examiner who sat in front with me was a senior and the young lady who sat at the back was a (trainee) or new to the job. The senior examiner did mention that the young lady would not be taking part (but observing). To me, the DVSA is employing additional examiners to help with the huge backlog.
26:08 was the traffic light for him? There was no solid stop line like the previous traffic light. It got a broken line and low kerb.
why are tests in london so difficult? its ridiculous lol
It should be the standard anywhere in the world. The UK tests are very similar to the tests in Sweden imo. If you pass, you most likely know how to drive a car and have a good discipline on the road.
@@sissiw2426 there’s a little difference tho, like the roads and some rules are different in London than in Sweden
23:33 Why is driving at 22 mph in a 30mph area a fault? Not like he was crawling.
Rain tax too idk why either
Because the road was clear and he could of held traffic behind
IMO doing 29 in a 30 zone - when it's clear - should be illegal.
most of these ppl cant even drive let alone taking their test
Did that Audi go back to the future.
What happened to this channel
Carlos, the man behind the Montreal, Quebec-based Conduite Facile UA-cam channel, posted in the 2010s a video about the importance of putting on the wipers before the front windows were to provide poor visibility due to too much rain on the windscreen (his video titled "How to Drive In the Rain - Part 2").
Bit personal but have you divorced your wife? Only asking cause all her vids on this channel are gone?
Why would you ask such a horrible question? Please delete this comment and give people the privacy they deserve

Terminates this but not ua-cam.com/video/a-fR-ODu3pk/v-deo.html&ab_channel=DriveLondon - Interesting, regardless I hope Abdullah gains the confidence he needs, you can tell he has a reasonable understanding of driving but let nerves take over. Happens to us all, head up!
To be fair his driving was affected by nervousness and thinking too much about past mistakes.
29:13 did those two black cars in front collide? When the car in front was turning right.
How can I ??
I passed a mock test yesterday but I think my instructor was being kind hahah although i did a siiiiick parallel park✌🤣
At 25:00 he didn’t look right at the give way marking 🛑
Wow he is a REALLY GOOD DRIVER defo nerves 🙌🏾 hopefully it can be shaken off
He goes over the mini roundabout quite a few times which you don’t comment on, isn’t that a fault?
not if it’s realistically more dangerous to go around it
I failed my test yesterday on the show me question veered to the left while pressing the demist button the examiner had to push the wheel the the right slightly so gutted 💔🥲
Don't showing/answering the show me tell me questions won't fail you. You will get a minor fault.
You failed because of controlling the car.
@@gamelias87 I know I did..
@@gamelias87 she’s literally explained that?
@@maggiepp7997
My point is , don't bother answering the show me tell me question.
She , probably failed because she focused on finding the button and drifted left.
Hi Drive london. I love watch your mock videos and I was wondering if I could have a mock to test myself on the roads. However I do have a driving license. But I just wanna where my driving level is at.
Can anyone explain why 20:17 is a serious fault ? Which lane should he have chosen?
There's two lanes to go straight. One for those coming off on the 2nd exit (where he went), and the other for those continuing on the roundabout. He chose the wrong lane because the left lane should've been used to safely exit the roundabout.
What is the threshold for learners to be penalized for going to slow? Get stuck behind alot learners doing 30/40 on 60 roads round here, so curious (Cornwall)
