Awesome job with this workout Daniel. Definitely felt the slow burn on this one. Happy for some of the explosive moves i was abke to push to my 25lbs weights. I like the concentrated work and that you also incorporated unilateral work and different angles as well. Really enjoyed this one.
any chance u could do more of the resistance band upper lower formats ? been using ur two workouts as an upper lower routine for the week and looking for some variety
