Was short on time today, so needed a quick routine. This was one of the best short routines, adding to my favourites. Have been doing a lot of your routines since I injured my sciatica. On the mend now and I am able to enjoy some of your more advanced classes. Thanks for your channel.❤
Can you suggest workouts like this that don’t involve supporting body with arms for those like me with elbow tendinitis? Or offer alternate exercises? I really enjoy your workouts and LIKE your talking. It is incredibly helpful and educational.

I loved doing this workout after the over 50 and full body workout with weights but I was using 3kg weights on this workout and just couldn't get the weight to sit correctly behind my knee while I was lifting my leg up so next time I will try a smaller weight or do without. Other than that I found this a very enjoyable workout. Thank you 😊
It really depends on many factors including goals and body type! Any kind of workout can lead towards weight loss if you are doing it in combination with other lifestyle options such as nutrition!
I really loved the content but I will say the number of ads I got while trying to do this was almost unbearable. I understand this is probably a source of income for you but it was a real big turn off for me

I have some seated theraband workouts and other weight workouts that don't involve planks :)
