Guardian to Sith assassin allows you to use Force Jump to execute massively powerful Sneak Attacks. With Force Speed, and the right Force Form, massive critical hits. I’m not sure which build has higher damage, a Consular/ Marauder strength build with Force Speed and Power Attack, or a Force Jumping Assassin. 😮
Thx for these I finished KOTOR and started 2 for the first time. I feel like if I had played these when they first came out I would have replayed them to no end ,nice explanations
These are the best in the game, skills are so important in kotor 2. Assassin gets so much damage and if you just want to be so well rounded and pretty tanky watchman is the best, love the fast saving throws. I feel like I need an assassian playthrough after doing it on watchman recently
oh yeah tanky the better, i usualy go Consular/watchman or Consular/assassin starting with 16 con and then by level 8 thats 18 base con and the biggest weakness of the Consular is negated sure early game skills suck but once i get to level 15 oh yeah
I believe intelligence matters if you throw points into computer, repair, persuade, stealth obviously, but you get attribute bonuses from companions that are permanent so if you want to have the most juiced up assassin you’ll throw 14 at minimum into skills but you can get more intelligence from companions so typically end game I have 14-16 depending on the build, just my preference.
A good build idea especially for this class setup say, is to start with 15 or 16 strength and then reach the desired amount of strength by the time you leave Peragus or like Telos. Unless you would rather start with a higher constitution instead, your choice! Your gear can add a lot of points into strength, so 17 or 18 if you factor in power attacks =) (which is before you factor in force powers, even force speed & battle meditation help lots).
Lemme just say that a sentinel/weapon master is the meta for me what I want from any RPG that I play is independence. I want a little of everything so I that I don’t have to reply on my companions for everything I lack, in KOTOR I love skills and I don’t want to think “its a bad build” anymore I’m tired of hiding it lol being a sentinel going into a weapon master is exactly what I want, all the skills to be independent and all the combat prowess to be the best fighter in the group. There’s no situation I can’t get myself out of. Everyone should try it at least once it’s very satisfying playing a class that can be whatever you need it to be on the fly
For role play I'm building a makashi style build in honor to dooku I'm beginning with 8 strength 16 dex 16 con 8 int 14 wis and 12 not saying dooku is dumb but in lore he was a fantastic duelist so why low strength is cause his style is more refine and aggressive counter attack and out maneuver them with footwork so I'm choosing jedi sentinel and prestige into sith lord cause dooku would verbal insult his enemies in order for them to attack sloppy.
So, I was wondering, for Video Content, would you ever consider doing a breakdown or analysis on the massive K1 mods Brotherhood of Shadow and Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon’s Revenge?
Hmm, interesting, I've never actually played those mods, maybe I livestream trying them out and them make a video over them? Stay tuned, stream might happen today.

Nice video-do you go to level 50 using xp glitch or do you generally just go as far as the game lets you with XP?
I actually start off as a Jedi Guardian then change to the prestige class Jedi Watchman because of Force Jump

I favorite build is sentinel/Watchman. I started a counselor jedi master build, but it wasn't for me atleast not at the time.

I don't see the point of stasis when force wave also stuns but does damage
