Awesome ep guys love your work, , Maybe put some double strength Fuel doctor in the fuel mite clean the donk and things up a bit, Or CEM in the oil suppose decarbon the rings.

Rewind back to the beginning of Lance. You had a few bits attached to the glow plug indicator, possibly a dropping resistor.

Havn’t heard about the electric power steer pump on a 40 , looking forward to seeing this happen , I’ve just put the same Glow plugs in my 2H 15 seconds glow from cold , was 60seconds.

I am using EPS of toyota corolla for the last five years on my fj40. Its amazing. Totally trouble free without any leaks😋unlike hydraulic pumps . Soft even on 4wd mode

Why not try an electric power steering from a etios Toyota or a Prius. I managed to get a Etios from a scrap yard but still tracking down the pin configuration.
