I read that the Carnival of Venice was revived just 45 years ago after it was banned in 1797 by the Holy Roman Emperor. It must have been surreal in the middle ages as it is now!

Loved the mystic atmosphere with the foggy weather. And shots 🤩 great job guys. We visited Venice in 2021 in winter and loved it there so much. Definitely come back one time.
Thanks guys! We were disappointed first because we wanted to watch the sunset but in the end we were grateful for the fog and the mood it set. You gotta work with what you got right 😄We will definitely go back too one day!
I watched many videos from Carnival over the last few days. This is by far the best one. You did a super job of capturing the real costumes and great atmosphere. Was really impressed by your composition. I went to carnival around 3 or 4 times when I lived in Europe. I took hundreds of photos. Loved Venice, the city was a real favorite. On Monday Basel Fastnacht will begin, you should make it there one year. They couldn't be more different, but neither should be missed.
I got tired watching tourists milling around taking photo ops in so many of them.
I know it’s not easy, we try to wake up before the crowd because we know that’s when we’ll have the best shots. It takes a lot of patience in those busier places for sure

Ich wollte auch schon länger zu Karneval Venedig.
Genau aus den Gründen wollte ich auf gar keinen Fall länger warten.
So haben wir es tatsächlich geschafft Karneval Venedig 2024
Jaaaaas. Wir waren dabei🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉 wir hatten mega schöne Kostüme an geliehen aus München( Breuer)
Wir mussten über 2 Stunden stehen um mit den Menschen Fotos zu machen.
Es war einfach mega mega schön(schönes Wetter hatten wir auch)
Da würde ich gerne wieder irgendwann
mal dabei sein wollen.
