Hand Pouring Silver Rounds and Silver Bars!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 22 лис 2018
- In this video I will show some of my hand poured silver pours for both my RFT Silver Rounds, my RFT Silver Bars and even my custom RFT 10K Subs Bar. I'll also show a clip of me stamping one of my rounds. I plan on filming more of the pours and the stamping process down the road but since I am still honing the craft, I wanted to just film it (in case we had a fire or something - LOL)
I plan on selling the first 13 bars (serial numbers 0001-0013) during a Live Auction but am NOW ready to reserve bars 0014-9999 to anyone who is interested. If you have interest, please send me an e-mail with your requested bar number to:
rlangholff41@gmail.com
NOTE: I do have e-mails from some viewers already and do have those numbers logged - thank you for your interest!

Rob makes this look like a LOT of fun. Now I want my own Little Giant Home Smithy.
Rob, love this series. Please Show us entire process from purchase of shot, to how u melt, to pour. And also pour some larger bars
Awesome pours Rob👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Fantastic job my friend 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 Boooooooooom 💥💥💥💥💥
Real nice pours 👍👍👍
I talked to a few smelters to try and get you a better way of polishing your silver bars most of them suggested not to use the Tumbler. Also to prevent imperfections on the silver bar pour because it is a soft metal you're better off putting it on a block of ice to cool down. As I get you more information I'll post it here for you and I'm planning on sending you something on Sundays mail call.
Looking good brother
Very nice .

Hey rob you inspired me to start doing what you are doing i am currently doing a 25$ box of pennies so keep up the good work rob!
Good bars there Rob thank u for sharing
Love the rounds. They look awesome 😎
Great job
I really want the gear to work with silver for myself...
Minting custom coins for the gaming table would be glorious; playing with a pile of real silver coins for a game of Three Dragon Ante, or using silver for tokens for a number of other games would be lovely...
Awsome
Very cool my friend thanks for sharing
Rounds are looking awesome rob!
SoulSilver is relatively easy to do yourself and it all comes scratched all forms of precious metals and gold so there is no over rating
Great job! They're beautiful.
I like the rounds
You are doing great my friend. I call these rounds my Sour doughs as (I overpour them and they look just like a loaf of sour dough bread. I use a 6x12 in piece of TQ100 plate steel with a handmade piece of deer leather to do a lot of my stamping. Jet Basic for the complicated pieces. Jet works perfectly every time. Great stamping here today. It will make or break a good pour. Keep at it bud, You are doing great !
Are you the guy who got burned by silver gold bull?
@@mroceans8336 One and the same. Have you had problems with them ?
Tomoko's Enterprize I’m going to order that 10 oz spot deal so I’m wondering if you could share your experience with them before I send my

@@evxn5852 6pm central
Thanks
@@RobFindsTreasure So excited for the stream, just like @Coin collectibles!
@RobFindstresure I just got my first circulated Loomis box if pennies ever, roll 19 produces a 5% off center strike error! I was recording my first vid so expect that to come up soon! It's going to be epic!
If you can. I would love to see some silver poured as a sheet and minted into bars. Would look cool. But i know its hard. Anyways great video as i want to get into pouring.
Cool!
nice pours
Thanks Laura!
Awesome! Now try copper! :)
Nice job. Both rounds and bars look great. HH. JOE
Rob, you should sell these on eBay! I'd totally buy one!
There would be more than one bidder.
Awesome video Rob! I just sent you an email👍🏽 Those pours are on 🔥
Can you try making an electrum round? Just a small one would be neat, never seen anyone do that before
Gotta make sure you pond the stamp on to the round multiple times eh? I get it. You don’t want ti to have a weak strike like the Standing Liberty Quarter did. Weak strikes get wiped so easily.
It**
Not a bad looking round at all. I say you do a 10 oz bar next lol
Getting my 5oz bar mold in soon - can't wait to try it out!
do a 69 oz lolol and lo clinton s.
I'm new to this world. Where does the raw material come from? What's the advantage of melting the silver and pouring it into bars? Do they sell for more than the value of the metal?
Much better with the intermixed talking. Couldn't bring bring myself to give a thumbs up with the totally silent vids because I couldn't finish watching them.
-- How do you stamp the reverse? You showed stamping the obverse, but you did not show the stamping when it is a variable number. What type of stamp do you have? Is it one that you change the numbers -- that would seem difficult to sustain that much force. It appears too well aligned to be each individual number.
Please, I know this is an old video, or I am late finding it, but I do get notifications on comments to my comments.
I am just now acquiring mats for pouring and will begin making vids hopefully by christmas ish. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi i have been here since 200 subs
I'm curious where you get the silver to pour your bars?
Hi
Hi Ryan!
your symbol looks more like a duck than a real duck lol totally awesome grammar
Rounds look cool, can you press the top so both sides are flat?
Bar #100
R u only doing halves tonight rob
Very nice pours Rob! Love it❤️ maybe we can do a trade good Sir for one of my bars or rounds😊
VCcoins Nevada Absolutely!
i might buy a bar on ebay i don't know if im allowed
Wow nice rig you have there! Where do you get the silver that you pour? Is it just old rounds and miscellaneous silver items you melted down?
yeah, it's old bars or generic rounds. Sometimes I buy silver shot in bulk.
Make some pieces of 8’s I will buy one
Where are u getting the silver to melt down? My first guess would be old coins but at the same time I know how much u love coins and I would be hesitant to destroy them haha
So cool. How much
When will bar 1 go up for auction?
Cyber Monday, along with others. Thanks Will!
Can you stamp them whenever you want or do they have to be somewhat warm?
Most Hated They can be stamped whenever I can except it’s better to stamp them prior to polishing or tumbling as that hardens the steel.
30th
Where did you get all the silver for melting???
shot and generic rounds.
Showing the stamping process was cool! Watch out for your thumb!! 🤬🤬🤬
agree gut wish @robfindstreasure had shown both sides of the stamping
What is the title of the background music?
Is the silver from the coins you hunt?
How many oz of sliver in each bar
around 1.9-2.3 ozt in the bars. The Rounds were a little heavier.
How do you hand pour silver
