In this video, I will search through a bag of copper and nickel goodies I purchased from my coin dealer. I was able to purchase this bag of coins that had small cents that included Indian Head Cents, Steel Cents, older wheat cents as well as a ton of nickels - buffalo nickels, liberty v nickels and other old coins! My Silver Dealer knows the things I like and said that a customer came in and just sold all of their coin collection to him. Since I usually purchase all the old silver and he knows I like copper too, he let me get it all! I will be looking for key dates, semi key dates, upgrades, and of course and varieties within the years I hunt. Hopefully you all enjoy this video! Man I wouldn't care if this video was an hour or more... probably one of my favorite types of videos that you would do to be honest. I can't wait for you to do the other videos for this collection so cool makes me want to go out and get something LOL
I saw a 20-minute video - and I thought - heck yeah! But then, you didn't finish the hunt! Dang it! Hurry up and get part #2 finished! 😂😂😂 I love these collection videos - and you had some really sweet coins there. That was a bargain of a purchase - the IHC's alone paid for it. And a bummer on that DDR! That would have been amazing! Another great video!
liked this search. I search 11 rolls of quarters every other week . Finally found a W quarter first one in over 2 years in central wisconsin at least 572 rolls. you sure get a lot more than me per rolls searched
YOU DA MAN, ROB. Always bringing us something interesting to look at. Glad you are feeling better. And glad you liked the cards--hope that brought a little cheer into your life as you recover. Just saying! HA.
Hey gidday Rob how's it going mate awesome to see you it's been a long time.Anyway I love doing the coin books I am doing the Kennedy coin book at the moment love doing the American silver coin books.well all the best Rob to you and the lovely lady.Gregory Lee.
@@williamfindspeople4341That's a very low offer you accepted - did you really sell them for only 55 Cents per piece? Here in Germany you can sell your silver directly to a refinery which guarantee to pay at least 81% of the current spot price for all kinds of silver coins. In case of a 40% Kennedy that's over 3 Dollars per piece when the spot price is around 28 Dollars per ounce or above
@@RobFindsTreasure Hey Rob. Question... I have original unopened federal reserve penny coin rolls. From 1960-1966. Quite a few of them. I opened one and other than the ends, they are all mint condition. Have any ideas on what I should do with them? I have alot of coins, but I look at coins merely from a business standpoint for profits.
Great video ! I like it when you get a huge variety of different coins including the foreign ones. To me a longer video for this kind of search is fine . I would actually enjoy more of this type of video . As explaining the older and more rare coins in all the varieties . Looking forward to all of your video adventures !
Nice to see you finally found that 1939 ddr. even if it's cleaned and in a collection! i actually purchased one at a coin show a few year ago and found one in a nickel box a month after the purchase!
Love love love these kind of videos rolls are great as well but this is awesome thanks for the content I will be getting some Indian cent lots for me and the kids to search your awesome
Mixed coins are super fun! I found quite a few at the bottom of a box in my shed once, found some British Pennies from the early 1900s (including a 1907), wheat cents (including a 1932 d and a 1933), some buffalos, and even a bit of 55% foreign silver.
Just the wheat cents rolls shocked the hell out of me ! Wow ! My only question is what to do with a crown royal bag of foerign coins most are 1937 to 1982 ?
I have a 1944 S Mercury dime. ICG ms sixty seven but they don't give it the full band's designation. Should I transfer it to PCGS because I looked at it under the microscope and saw some very obvious splitting even through the plastic... I'm hoping it would get a 68 or higher. Because it's a beautiful coin.
Hey, Rob. I'm curious where you got this collection, generally speaking. I ask because in the bucket picture shot (at the :40 mark) I see what looks like a Nebraska Centennial coin just left of center. Did you purchase this from Nebraska somewhere?
@@RobFindsTreasure Very nice - likely worth more than melt (depending on the date, of course), but a great pick-up, for sure! And maybe a book filler for your Canadian album!!

I believe most of the W quarters were released from the FRB in Dallas/Fort worth area.
That was really cool! Looking forward to the sequel! Happy Hunting! Stephen
I still vote for longer videos for sure, excited to see the foreign hunt.

It did brother. Thank you. Charlani loves those butterflies (wound up). Just saying 😂
Great buy. A little jealous lol. Awesome video. Thank you Rob.
Awesome buy- even coming out behind money-wise would be ok, just for the fun of going through it all, but it's nice not to lose value overall.
Very true!
Nobody goes through coins like this guy!
Super super super super super super super super super super fun video so cool
Smashing the full bag on the table makes fresh dings.
Love fresh dings!
That was a very fun collection to go through. Nice finds on the IHC plus some bonus world silver!
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you!
I love collections like this! Nick pick-up! Lots of fun to go through!
Very nice! Looking forward to seeing how the wheat cents go and if those "dated" rolls are exactly that.
You and me both!
I would have sat here for hours watching you sort all that out. Another great video Rob!!
Wheat Pennies are next!
This was a sort worth the anticipation. Love to see a historic pickup. Very cool. Another epic hunt in the books. Bravo.

Picked up a few Canadian Tokens recently. 1854 penny token, 1812 1/2 penny token, 1911 George V coronation medal.

Awesome hunt! Congrats especially for the 1869 Indian Head Cent! 🥳

Awesome collection you bought there Rob, can't wait for part 2 to see them wheaties brother 👍
Wow , that would keep me on the edge of my seat searching through it .
Mine too!
Your ability to keep track of all that is amazing
All that for 150.00!?! You gotta be kidding me man thats good
Ridiculous for sure. I had no idea it had all those goodies in it!

Good luck, don’t know too many folks that pay that much for sight unseen coins, mystery bag for sure. Even if foreign coins, you can get $15-20/lb

Maybe…. Just maybe.

Fun hunt! Looking forward to the penny hunt and hopefully some good varieties will be found.
I hope so too!
