for being the most powerful Gundam ever in the entire meta series it happens to be the one used to do mundane tasks such as doing laundry & transporting cows, yep totally worthy of its title being the lord of all Gundams.
Read the Dark History for it on the wiki and you'd understand why it's considered OP (albeit weakened). EDIT: Also, Loran is technically a pacifist too.
Vust Valeo the pilot doesn't use it for destruction, though he easily could. It has nuclear war heads on the chest its has all sorts of amazing tech and I'm not sure what they really do but it's moonlight wings can grow to the size of the Milky Way. (Edit) actually maybe not the size of the Milky Way, but it can grow extremely large.
The distance from Jupiter to Earth, and they can turn basically anything into sand. Not sure if the limitations were ever really explained with that lol.
I got a kit delivered from a seller in Japan, and they included a tiny little rubber sheep eraser that can be disassembled as a lil suprise gift. Was more stoked on that than the kit 🤣😂
With the amount of HG kits released, sometimes I forget how beautiful and detailed an MG can be. I always think of the Turn A as more of a statue, like an art piece as opposed to a plastic model kit, its such a unique design that was always more about form than function.
As I mentioned in the other video, there is an eye sticker that you didn't put on and it makes the eyes pop a lot more. It's on the foil sheet and it just looks black because the sticker goes on the inside of the clear part and the color is on the adhesive side. It's a pretty clever design and I like it a lot more than the standard eye stickers most kits have.
Hey, uh, you kinda forgot about how the shoulder armour can fold back on itself, which made the shoulders seem way more limited than they actually are. Oh and you also forgot about being able to push out the chest panels from the back which makes moving them ezpz, and the moonlight butterfly vents aren't loose, the piece holding them in untabs easily.
i really hope they make an Ver.Ka or a 2.0 of him, Turn A need's more love, i mean... can you imagine? Katoki take on a Syd Mead design? that would be awesome
after build sazabi, psycho zaku, i really appreciated the simplicity of turn a. no pack, no back skirt, this is the only gundam i had that can sit at the side of the table.
Thanks for this review. 2 years later and I found it very useful for helping me make the decision to buy the recent P-Bandai version of this and the Turn X.
The only problem I have with this kit is mostly age-related but it would have been so much better if the side skirts had another piece of pla plate underneath. Just adds so much to a kit when the skirt pieces are done right.
My only complaint is that I wish the head was more like the concept art. The head for the MG is more circular where the concept art is more like a dome. It has a more sinister viking like look, whereas they rounded everything out for the kit.
I think Turn A should always have heavy weathering. Maybe add some some stuff from UC Gundam stuff or steampunky addons to suggest the steampunk tech of the earth humans in the series.
Technically you can move the shield a bit to the side to have space for the connection part. I stored both the shield and the gun at the back of Turn A and still manage to get it in the flying pose on the box art
I wish he'd come back. The way he broke it down into frame, individual limbs, then the full MS was what really got me into watching reviews. Zaku is good, as are the others I watch but nobody has that particular way of doing it.
Raian Pia He lost interest in Gundam, hence when he was about to stop he started reviewing Power Rangers merch as he was trying new things. I guess it didn't work and he just stopped.
Nice review as always. Would love to see that 1/100 Sumo review because I plan to get this together with thst old 1/100 Gold plated Sumo. Looking forward Zach.
I noticed that you didn't show the functionality of the shoulders properly. In order to allow the arm to move further up they can slide behind the part connected to the back.
No one's going to mention the "V Project?" I always liked that the Turn A in Turn A had numerous meanings including referencing the original Gundam's production.
FYI, it is a ver.ka kit Which means the proportions and certain details of the MS has been refined. The extra chest T-shape piece is for anime colour accurate build, an option for those who didn't like the kadoki colour choice.
The Turn A doesn't lend itself well to customization, eh? Zak, is that a challenge cause that's what I planned to do after my Geara Doga Taiidan Empire project is done (and I planned it out for a while now while working on my other kits).
the most important accessory in the entire Gunpla history: the cow...
i am not kidding...
Kevin Blanco/Graypanda1300 you're not buying a 1/100 mg turn a, you're buying a 1/100 mg cow , the turn a is an accessory for the cow
I think you mean turn a is an accessory for the mg cow
for being the most powerful Gundam ever in the entire meta series it happens to be the one used to do mundane tasks such as doing laundry & transporting cows, yep totally worthy of its title being the lord of all Gundams.
Vust Valeo yeah because it's not a one trick pony like every other Gundam
Read the Dark History for it on the wiki and you'd understand why it's considered OP (albeit weakened).
EDIT: Also, Loran is technically a pacifist too.

Turn X had the same ability. So there's two of these guys. All in all I loved the series and I love the kit.
Is it alright that i bought this just for the cow?
Seventh Swell I was wondering the same thing
Seventh Swell you know you can get all kinds of stuff like that made for rail dioramas...
But those are not made by Bandai! They are bootlegs!!
I got a kit delivered from a seller in Japan, and they included a tiny little rubber sheep eraser that can be disassembled as a lil suprise gift. Was more stoked on that than the kit 🤣😂
me too was thinking of buying this for the cow
Oh cool. The 1/100 Master grade cow... And it comes with a Turn A I guess.
Man, I love this kit, the detail on that cow! and it even comes with a Gundam as well!
With the amount of HG kits released, sometimes I forget how beautiful and detailed an MG can be. I always think of the Turn A as more of a statue, like an art piece as opposed to a plastic model kit, its such a unique design that was always more about form than function.
I will never call this gundam by it's name. For me this gundam will always be mustache gundam.
I call it the Pringles Gundam because it's head reminds me of the pringles mascot.
Frolaire do you also hsve troubles fitting your hand inside a pringles can?
Why do you ask
Do not diss the moustache
*Cough*White Doll

I'm still blown away that the legendary Syd Mead designed the Turn A, Turn X, and SUMO.
dc He designed pretty much all of the Turn A original suits.
According to Syd Mead, the Turn X is his personal favorite out of all the MS designs he made for the series
excellent kit but panel lining is a must!
Hey, uh, you kinda forgot about how the shoulder armour can fold back on itself, which made the shoulders seem way more limited than they actually are.

lotto77102 right thanks
i really hope they make an Ver.Ka or a 2.0 of him, Turn A need's more love, i mean... can you imagine? Katoki take on a Syd Mead design? that would be awesome
This kit was redesigned by Katoki. His original ver ka of the turn a gundam made it look like a normal gundam and not unique
@@Bobert2020 I frankly don't like his redesign of the Turn A Gundam, and I generally like Katoki redesigns
@@titan133760 yeah he definitely removed the uniqueness of this design in his original redesign
I was never too interested in the Turn A design until I found out it was designed by Syd Mead.
that was my brother's reason
...lol
I was on the fence about buying it until the cow sold it for me
DAYM THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS! This is one of my favorite kit of all time. Love the design and build xD
I love the turn-a so much, it was the first one I bought when I got back into Gunpla
I'm now thinking to get this because it looks cool
after build sazabi, psycho zaku, i really appreciated the simplicity of turn a. no pack, no back skirt, this is the only gundam i had that can sit at the side of the table.
I came here for the cow!
Thanks for this review. 2 years later and I found it very useful for helping me make the decision to buy the recent P-Bandai version of this and the Turn X.
*Random Metal Gear Music*
METAL GEAR?!
Cá Mayone the bootleg metal build?
7:07 Metal Gear game, not that Metal Gear
Youre that ninja
Fun Fact: Hajime Katoki was the designer for this Master Grade kit, and he also has his own redesign of the Turn A Gundam
The only problem I have with this kit is mostly age-related but it would have been so much better if the side skirts had another piece of pla plate underneath. Just adds so much to a kit when the skirt pieces are done right.
Imagine someone who never seen the turn A gundam series before open the chest and though the cow is the pilot :v
they would see the pilot in the pilot cockpit
The turn a is definitely my favorite design.
Coolio Ash imo turn x is better as a plastic model
If I was into the customization end of gunpla, I could totally see doing Turn A in like a Saiyan armor style
The moonlight butterfly add on doesn't actually use the back panels. It uses the action base peg as the connector.
Such a simple kit. One of the main reasons I haven't gotten it as well. I totally get what you mean about it not grabbing your attention to build.
I see Turn A, I press like...
It's hard to not love the Turn A. The fact that Sunrise greenlit such a goofy Gundam as the main suit in a 50 episode series is pretty incredible.
And I laughed harder than I should of when he mad it D A B
Spartan 154 nice grammar
Loved the metal gear part when struggling with the back piece, that was funny, keep it up bro.
7:15 when you started the grayscale, I couldn't tell if my weed was hitting me to hard or if that was the video.
14:25 using helium??
My only complaint is that I wish the head was more like the concept art. The head for the MG is more circular where the concept art is more like a dome. It has a more sinister viking like look, whereas they rounded everything out for the kit.
∀ Gundam: the "un-Gundam" 😁👌it's so weird and different, and I think that's what's so appealing to most people
That Metal Gear bit fuckin killed me lmao
the helium bit took me by surprise but the ending is a nice touch tho you should do that while doing other activities.
Donnburi that was just an editing mistake, lol
Dude I love the inclusion of the metal gear solid. That series is one of my favorites
Do the Turn X review pls,Zaku sensei
Turn A turn, Turn A turn, Turn AAAAAYYYY
I think Turn A should always have heavy weathering. Maybe add some some stuff from UC Gundam stuff or steampunky addons to suggest the steampunk tech of the earth humans in the series.
ME: *BUYS A MODEL KIT*
ME: *OPENS THE BOX AND RETURN THE RUNNERS*
ME: LEFT THE BOX
Awesome kit. I wonder what Bandai will do for the 200th Master Grade.
Deep Striker...
@@justinjacobs1501 Actually, the 200th MG release is the MG GM Command (Colony Type)
Technically you can move the shield a bit to the side to have space for the connection part. I stored both the shield and the gun at the back of Turn A and still manage to get it in the flying pose on the box art
Love my Turn A Gundam. Check out rrobert's review on this kit also
miss that guy man, he got me into all this
I wish he'd come back. The way he broke it down into frame, individual limbs, then the full MS was what really got me into watching reviews. Zaku is good, as are the others I watch but nobody has that particular way of doing it.
Kimani Palmer why did he stop making vids?
Raian Pia He lost interest in Gundam, hence when he was about to stop he started reviewing Power Rangers merch as he was trying new things. I guess it didn't work and he just stopped.
TARS Um I don't think thats the case what happened if I recall he's just been busy with life, and I believe he works at hlj now
The MGS music! Bwahaha. Made my day ZakuAurelius.
Nice review as always. Would love to see that 1/100 Sumo review because I plan to get this together with thst old 1/100 Gold plated Sumo. Looking forward Zach.
You could say you can reMOOOve the chest parts to fit the cow
Can you do a review on mg f91?
I love this kit but really hope that it’s gets an update soon or possibly a rg.
Can you do another weathering video
I noticed that you didn't show the functionality of the shoulders properly. In order to allow the arm to move further up they can slide behind the part connected to the back.
To rotate the arm forward and up, yes.
now you have to get the moonlight butterfly effect parts
I want to get this and paint it into the Dark History version.
I hope we get a RG turn a with the butterfly wings
nice usage of MGS music
9:47 dab on dem haters
Xuan Anh Bui gundam is my city
side 3 is my city
Huh? Who's footprints are these?!
Myth i dont get it..
MGS music, Turn A Dab, high pitch voice all made me laugh in confusion.
spafro101 the voice was an accident lol
ZakuAurelius how does this happen by accident?
No one's going to mention the "V Project?" I always liked that the Turn A in Turn A had numerous meanings including referencing the original Gundam's production.
7:05 funniest thing i've ever seen in your videos
Only custom turn a i have seen was a waluigi turn a they called the turn L
Are this Gundam have LED slot?
How come you didn't show off the core fighter transformation
Jetfire48 you turn the wings around.
Just a quick question... Have your joints loosen up over time cause i heard they became really really loose to a point it can't even stand
I'm always keen to build the Turn A and Turn X.... But as of now, I have too many MG Gundam Seed backlogs..
ZakuAurelius.
Can you do the review for GX-9900 Gundam X MG?
Who would say no to a Gundam that has a moustache
Where are they store engine when there are empty room in the chest ?
you have the gx gundam
The only Gundam that can say, I have a pilot, I have a cow, boom pilot cow!
does this include the moonlight butterfly effect?
Raian Pia it wasn’t shown in the review. So, no it doesn’t
Turn A is one of those kits that looks best in motion. Otherwise the mustache V-fin is too distracting.
Anakin Skyobiliviator That’s the best part xD
not include the butterfly wing effects?
lol
FYI, it is a ver.ka kit
Which means the proportions and certain details of the MS has been refined. The extra chest T-shape piece is for anime colour accurate build, an option for those who didn't like the kadoki colour choice.
what's the song at @7:10?
Where is the wings? And also i thought thw cockpit was in the head
Brianjay Takumi The wings are P-Bandai add ons.
Everytime I hear him says the name of the kit I prepare for the intro.... Oh, wait..
this one screams to become Dr.Robotnic
TheCludo YUS!
Sonic !!!!!!!!!!!!!;!!!!!!! Hes here
I cant make myself to love this design...😂
Turn X fun to build too
@14:26, did your voice change?
well safety first for the pilot :3
I never ever call it a gundam THE WHITE DOLL suits it better
When was this MG released?
2007
How dare you make the Turn A dab >:o !! It deserves better than just a dab
xFlashtary it should at least whip and nae nae......immature go mks now
Dabs while destroying the universe
The design is pretty simple for a gundam
What's with the voice change? inhaling Helium?
Holy Cooow!
I have good ideas I just suck at making stuff have a lack of equipment time space and energy and most importantly money to make it all happen
The monster called "White Doll"
We don’t see much customization *laughs in Edward Newgate*
id make his mustache black or brown
The Turn A dab though
bandai takes the word cockpit quite literally
The Sir Gundam.
The Turn A doesn't lend itself well to customization, eh?
Zak, is that a challenge cause that's what I planned to do after my Geara Doga Taiidan Empire project is done (and I planned it out for a while now while working on my other kits).
CommandantAlpha go for it!
Now if only I can figure out how to cut circles out of pla plate, especially 1mm thick ones...
We need an updated version of this
SNAKE? SNAKE? !!!!
