I think you are a delightful person to watch and a very good cook! I’ll be making these tonight but we like bell pepper and pineapple in our sauce too so I’ll be adding those to your recipe. Thank you, I really enjoyed your tutorial. 👍💖
Great videos. You never forget it’s about sharing your knowledge with others instead of showing what a smart guy you are (which you are, but the videos are about the cooking). Thank you!
@@WallyCooksEverything Prolonged fasting is not as difficult as most people think amigo. But you are right - it does take willpower. I quit smoking a long time ago so I could see my Son grow up and this I guess is just an extension of that in a way. Funnily enough watching videos such as yours - with mouth-watering dishes - only helps to keep me on track and for that I thank you. I am subscribed now so please keep making your brilliant videos.
No to think of it yeah if order family style they can separate the sauce. But if order over rice they don’t do it. I think it’s a cost cutting measure.
Did you ever think of using scissor tongs for frying? For frying meats like chicken and pork chop I think the scissor tongs would work better for flipping and grabbing the meat. This style tong can't fly open from the spring by accident.
Is this the same as "Peking pork chops"? ...I noticed it's very popular when I was in NYC and friends there loved it. But, it's not common at all in Cali. I must make!
I love Peking pork chops. My bday is on Halloween and every year I order Peking pork chops and beef chow fun to eat while handing out candy to trick or treaters. Maybe I can make it myself this year!
Off topic: Wally, critical question. Yankees or Mets? Me, born and raised in The Bronx so you know my childhood preference. You're from Queens, I'm guessing those guys that played in Shea (now Citifield). PS- Joe's Shanghi has/had the best Xiao Long Bao in US!
Hey Jimbort, hope all is well with you. Actually I'm from lower east side Manhattan. I lived on border of Queens and LI for short while though. I followed the Yankees but ever since I moved here and things got busy I couldn't keep up. Last I went to Citi Fields was just 2 years ago as I normally visit NYC once a year. Yeah Joe's got some good XLB I remember the lines out the door long waits 😂. So I typically head to the smaller Shanghai restaurants nearby cause too hungry 😆
What’s up Michael?! Hope all is well. Yeah that’s like a personal safety tip for me 😆 My cats like to hang around behind and if I don’t see I trip. It’s happened before 🐈
I’m in Brooloo Australia, and am making Pork and Onions tinight
Looks amazing!🤤😋🤤
My favorite dish

Awesome brother! I'm 1 week into a 14 day fast and after watching this I'm going to break my fast in a week by making this recipe.
Wow you must have some strong willpower 😮 I wouldn’t last a single day fast if I watched cooking videos 😀

Спасибо 😀
Looks amazing, cant wait to make it..
Hello again Natalie 😃 Have fun cooking 😃
Delicious
Always order this at our Chinese restaurant, and the sauce is always on the side so I can dip the freshly fried morsel of meat in. Yum!

good

Hmm not really, I just use whatever is around me.
Is this the same as "Peking pork chops"? ...I noticed it's very popular when I was in NYC and friends there loved it. But, it's not common at all in Cali. I must make!
Yeah I think it’s also called Peking Pork Chops depending where you live. Do give it a try for 😃

Hey Wally I am feeling hungry now, you bet I am going to master that.👍
You can do it Nalini 😃

Can I use rice vinegar?
You sure can Maria 😃
Corn flour is that corn starch?
Yes it is Pearl 😀 In Asia it is cornflour in elsewhere it is called cornstarch 🙏
Frying with oil tip: Don't have a cat between you and the hot oil 😂😂😂
What’s up Michael?! Hope all is well. Yeah that’s like a personal safety tip for me 😆 My cats like to hang around behind and if I don’t see I trip. It’s happened before 🐈
Hey Wally I was inspired by you and made a slightly different version using panko breadcrumbs.
What’s up Jeff!? Whoa I might try that next time 😃👍
In the list of ingredients for the sauce you forgot to list the sugar
Oh thank you!
This doesn't remind me of peking pork chops I order. Sweet and sour for sure but the peking style pork chop sauce, no.
There are a few ways to make this, I've had it with a darker sauce, but I prefer it this way, more saucy 😀
