Alternatively, remove the peel. Lay it flat and remove the pith with a very sharp knife. Cut into smaller pieces and soak in warm water. When it is soft, heat your cooking oil until smoking and plunge the peel into it. After sizzling for 30 seconds turn the heat off and remove the peel. Your oil should now be loaded with orange essence.

Love your humor in many of your videos. Can you try to do more kid friendly type of food, esp for your baby girl, since many of us stay home more now and still need to feed our kids.
