Thanks for putting this together! I’m in NE GA & I’ve been using persimmon but I’ll probably switch to acorn. I wonder what place it would’ve came in at. Might do it myself but @ $10 a bag that’s a $40 experiment!
Yw! Yea it can be expensive! I got these on sale for 7$ a bag and I thought it would make a great video. I normally don’t buy these because they are about 10$ a bag. I can get 100lbs of corn for 11$. If I do get some acorn rage, I pour it over a pile of corn. I used some persimmon crush a few years ago and I think they ate it ,but didn’t seem like they really liked it. I have had good luck using apple crush and acorn rage. From what I’ve learned it depends on the area u hunt. One year they wouldn’t eat rice bran in one place, but 40miles down the road at my deer lease the deer destroyed the rice bran. So it’s all about trying different feed for deer in your area.
Yea. You’re right. after watching it again the does hammered the acorn rage, but the bucks tore up the apple crush! It’s like they were waiting in line for the apple crush.
@@zachstuckeyoutdoors5786 I'm stoked because I bought the apple crush tonight and was looking up videos to see how it performed I think I made a wise choice thank you.
@@matthewmaxcy1574 glad I could help! To make it last longer my friend puts out corn and then sprinkles the apple crush all over it and has had great success with that to. Good luck to ya this deer season! Get some meat in the freezer and get a good buck!
They all attract deer. If only sugar beet crush was there, they’d eat all of it. Acorn rage wins most of the time out of all these. They just came out with a new product! I’ll do another VS challenge video with it soon.
@@zachstuckeyoutdoors5786 Yup, if it's legal to hunt over bait then do it, a no brainer. Love your "comparison videos" by the way, keep up the great work!

@@HomesteadOnThePreserve thanks! I appreciate it! I’ve gotten so many comments about hunting over bait. 😂. Why would I not hunt over bait when everyone surrounding me has 200pounds of corn out at time.
Looks like the bucks like the apple and the does like the acorn

It doesn't work lays there and molds
The reason l asked about the antler deformation is for the last couple years our lease has experienced the same deformation. Did it just
They love all of em. Sugar beets in summer acorn and persimmon when their fallen
Correct me if I'm wrong but tye bucks hammered the apple crush and then they all went for tye acorn 2nd when the apple was gone and beet 3rd.

Im in south georgia i been having like 3or 4 in my back yard
I also spread mine out so other deer can feed. I feel if you over crowd feed they will leave
Yea Normally that’s what I do, but I did this for the video.
@@zachstuckeyoutdoors5786 no judgment there brother I love it and the idea. Great video
@@skeeterjay1 thanks!
Why are the antlers deformed on many of your bucks?
Idk. For some reason that year I had a lot of weird antlers!
I love these vids, Bro, but i have to ask:
If all 3 are in the same spot, how do you know which one is attracting the deer?

I think they all tied
Great video
Thanks!
Fantastic video very informative, thanks 👍 👍
That one doe sure did like it. Got a name for her I don't need to put on the internet.
Y don't u
I wanna hear that dirty little mouth say it. Lol
Apple crush is good for turkeys
Excellent video!
THANKS!
Nice pics
Acorn rage
I’m surprised that the sugar beet crush didn’t do as well, i seem to always have my best bucks hit that one over the apple crush
Nice
Go away.was there a lot of ten foot planted pines or thick areas that they could injure there antlers.
Quit baiting and learn how to hunt.
😂. Where I hunt at everyone baits. I have places I hunt over bait and places I don’t.
Baiting is key when you have a tiny piece of land with no reason for deer to pass through.
