Few days ago I started the 90/90 hip mobility routine every day and during my brake time in my office.....all it takes is 10 - 15 minutes no I can tell I need more work on my right side ☺️ I am looking for a good routine for stretching the abductors as well. Any suggestions?

How long do you think it will take to see a difference? I have really tight hip flexors and I need to make myself do this for 2021!
You can see difference really fast, in a few weeks. Depends on how consistently you work on it.
How many times a week do you practice hip mobility?
I do every day some hip mobility exercises, it feel good ☺️
