Few days ago I started the 90/90 hip mobility routine every day and during my brake time in my office.....all it takes is 10 - 15 minutes no I can tell I need more work on my right side ☺️ I am looking for a good routine for stretching the abductors as well. Any suggestions?

    Thank you, Nina. Great routine! I do yoga and your exercises seem to aim to improve yoga workout as well. Could you please mention in your videos what muscles suppose to work during one or another of your exercises, Where we suppose to feel it. Im intending to follow you now 🥰

    How long do you think it will take to see a difference? I have really tight hip flexors and I need to make myself do this for 2021!

      You can see difference really fast, in a few weeks. Depends on how consistently you work on it.
