I just found my favorite hamstring vid. The pain has held me back so much..in boxing class I often need to stop and stretch and miss the technique and cardio work. A month of this everyday is a great start to end that pain
Great routine! Is there any major differences between the two routines for hamstrings? Should I do both and switch between the two? Also I would like to improve my pike, should I rather focus on these hamstrings routines before or can I incorporate a bit of more specific pike stretches in the mix? Thank you!

Hi Nina, when the legs are meant to be straight, should we lock out our knees to keep a slight bend/muscle engagement to them?
I always lock out my knees, with locking out you are engaging quads more then if they are slightly bended.
how many set we should do ?
