    Just discovered you - and I love your videos! Do you have an idea, what I might be doing wrong, if I find it impossible to lean forward and pushing my hips towards the ground?? In the exercise right after cossack squat.

    I love your videos as well, you explain perfectly and for all levels of progression... What, only 11k subscribers?! Leaves me perplex...
    I was trying to find videos for some more active and advanced split exercises and could find only very little contents. For example, how to progress towards a straddle or split jump. Also I'm not really sure how to situate myself - can you start exercising for those even when you haven't reached a full split (middle and side) yet?

      You can send me some videos on Instagram if you need feedback.
      But I would first achieve a full split, then start with more advanced skills.

    Howdy from Texas Nina. Very good video and tutorial. I have been doing Taekwon-do for many years and reaching the level of flexibility you showed us at the end of your video is just a dream. I guess, my main issue is stretching my abductors and they may be the reason I am not even able to achieve a 90 degrees seating position.......how can I contact you for advise?

    The 'straddle up' is a great exercise, but how many times a week should I do it to progress but not injure?

      Thanks :) You can do it 3 times a week with no problem, at least at the beginning. As you progress you can do it more frequently.

    Does the frog pose help stretch the hip flexors ?

      Depends how tight your hip flexors are, but yes you can feel them in frog pose.

    Sometime I be over streching and my legs be shaking I will only do two to three times a week

      You need to start slowly. Your body is not used to the stretching and at the beginning it can be really uncomfortable. After few training your body will get used to the feeling and it will be much easier. The most important thing is to keep on stretching and don't give up :D
