    BAKED CHOCOLATE DONUT RECIPE
    (Makes 11 donuts)
    Ingredients:
    2 cups ground oats (200g)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup coconut oil (50g)
1/2 cup honey, maple syrup or agave (170g)
    2/3 cups yogurt (160g)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    COCOA POWDER GLAZE:
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp honey (maple syrup or agave)
    PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE:
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    NUTRITIONAL INFO (per donut):
    187 calories, fat 7.7g, carb 27g, protein 5.4g
    Preparation:
In a large bowl, add the ground oats, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Mix until it's well combined.
In another bowl, add the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey (maple syrup or agave), yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely combined.
Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Don't over-mix the batter, your donuts won't be as fluffy as they should be.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or ziploc bag, cut off the corner, and pipe the batter into the previously greased donut pan. Don't overfill the molds, or you'll lose the classic donut shape.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dip the donuts into the glaze and place them back on the wire rack to set.
    Enjoy!

can also save more calories, by opting for pb2 powder instead of the peanut butter, and sugar free honey.

No it won't because they are very small, anyone can easily eat 8-10 of these and so you end up with ~1000-1250 in just one meal.

125 full of carbs . Which means that you will still get fat . PLus this is bad quality food which would make you fat and unhealthy anyways . Lastly IFYM is just a joke and doesnt work . If you want to be fat then continue eating donuts

Pro tip: You can also dump the whole mix in a single bowl, bake it, take out the giant half circle monstrosity and eat it while holding it with both bare hands hands like a degenerate racoon. It tastes even better with this methot imo.

they also need like 20 mins in the oven instead of 8-10. it's a recipe that has potential, but clearly needs more work. using gramms for everything would be step 1. only amateurs use cups and shit like that.
