How I tone my hair using Wella t18 and t11

@@okandwhut yes and now I’m studying to figure out when it grows some do I tone again or do I just bleach it again and then tone again??

@@piedpiperredd6261 in my experience by the time there’s enough growth the toner might’ve worn off already so if you want fresh roots you’ll want to bleach and then tone the freshly lightened hair. That’s what has worked for me, but I’m no expert
