Please can you add a set of asans to manage hypertension? You may already have them in separate videos and it would help to have a clear list with frequency and duration of performance for each asan to manage hypertension.

It depends when you are holding the pose. then you can inhale extend the spine exhale twist.. while you are holding it in a twist.
