I am quite new in Vinyasa and your explanations are really helpful and great. Thank you! Namaste! 🙏
The annotations pointing out details about the body to be mindful of and also the listing the sequence on the side was very useful. I appreciate the thorough explanations and attention to detail. Thank you for making this video!
Excellent! I liked and learned 🥰 Thank you 🙏
Such an open space to be a yoga beginner, I learned so many great modifications and the note on wrist pain is important and not something I've heard before in other videos
Best video to understand and begin vinyasa flow 👍👍 thanks a bunch
This is the first time I am watching Vinyasa. Maybe have watched it but never had that information. It looks intense and I feel inspired to be fitter to be able to do this. I think it will take me time

Well explained . Thanks
In the vinyasa flow, I find it difficult to come through chaturanga dandasana. As a modification, can I go to ardha chaturanga by touching the floor with my knees from plank.
Nice one sir,
Can you able to come to our school & give special session classes of yoga?
Yogi Ritesh ji, if yoga practitioner feels muscle strech pain the next day after practicing, should one give gap of a day or continue?
O yes Nandni, you should definately give a gap of one or two day...
