    I love this teacher ❤ thank you so much, I need some help for plank, to chaturanga to updog. I see you kept feet bent in first ones, I can’t seem to flip my feet😔 so this will help me practice more. This teacher is amazing 😊

    This is the first time I am watching Vinyasa. Maybe have watched it but never had that information. It looks intense and I feel inspired to be fitter to be able to do this. I think it will take me time

      O yes Nandin it amazing.. go slow and steady. few minutes per day.. and you will find a huge change.

    In the vinyasa flow, I find it difficult to come through chaturanga dandasana. As a modification, can I go to ardha chaturanga by touching the floor with my knees from plank.

    Yogi Ritesh ji, if yoga practitioner feels muscle strech pain the next day after practicing, should one give gap of a day or continue?
