When you cast off if you crank the white needle past the post then take your needle and take the stiches from the rightside of the post. The way your doing it is on the leftside...if you do it on the rightside and crank slowly the stiches wont pop off to have a dropped stich.

At the end the best way to do it is to start hooking them as you're starting to turn it for the last round instead of fully doing a last round. So that you're not risk and drop in them all while you're trying to attach them. So when you're doing the last round start hooking them off when you have like six through it cuz that will lower your risk of losing one

The good thing about redoing it is you don't have to frogged it and rewind. You just need to get the ends and crank it again this time with the exact number of rounds you think is enough.
It's really different with other yarns.. I had to use a measuring tape to check if the size is enough.
