    This may be my favourite of all of your workouts that I've done (so far)! I have done it a few times, and I always note that it seems a bit more challenging than your other beginner sessions. Such a great selection of moves: it leaves my body feeling strong and worked and sweaty: thank u!

    I think this is a great exercise for bouncing off the beginner zone, into the exercise category for moderate (my class) advanced.
    I like the exercises in your presentation Mira, I see in them the ideal combination of demonstrations of exercises and comments on them.
    And your set of exercises ...? Excellent for me, I always feel pleasantly tired after them, but at the same time incredibly relaxed and full of positive energy.
    Thank you and I look forward to getting to know my muscles, which I had no idea I had.

    Hi Mira
    I found that the side poses with lifting both legs exercises were quite painful on my hips. What's a good alternative or solution for this?
