the best pilates class I have ever done. I've had some wonderful teachers but this was everything. I was looking for classes that support my gym sessions and this was perfect core challenge without feeling depletion. the anatomy, cues, sequence, classical contemporary. absolutely brilliant. please do more pilates for weightlifting/gym. wherever you did your training, they deserve a round of applause.

Hi, Mira! Doing your beginner pilates class for the first time I didn't make it all the way through. Very challenging which I appreciate. How often should I do this in a week?

Pilates is low impact so you can do it 7 days a week, but I would recommend mixing it with other exercises to make life more balanced and interesting. The most important piece of advice is to exercise regularly. For example, 15 mins a day for 7 days is normally more achievable and beneficial than three sessions of 30 mins over 7 days.
15 x 7 = 105 min per week of exercises
30 x 3 = 90 min per week of exercises
Regular exercise also helps to build a habit, muscle memory and leads to smaller recovery times.
Below are two free 7 days challenges for you to work through. They may seem easy, but they are a good foundation for a deeper connection with your body and understand the Pilates technique. If you find any of the classes challenging, finish the 7 days and repeat those classes until you feel confident.
