You my friend are a true professional. I have learned so much about detailing even though I have been a detailing enthusiast for many years, I always learn something that is beneficial for future detailing. Thank you Brian.
Really excited about this product. Jescar (and formerly the Menzerna branded Powerlock) has always been my favorite sealant due to the ease of removal and longevity. Now that it's boosted with Si02, even better. This will without a doubt be one of the BEST sealants out there for many years to come because, quite simply, they know what they are doing when it comes to manufacturing quality and effective paint sealants.

The Vette has a beautiful clear paint job with high quality clear coat material. That is why it looks "glassy" It looked glassy prior to your Jescar application. It would look glassy without. These products are marketed to outperform others on the market and yet they all perform well but the glassy look comes from the paint job, not any ceramic coating. My opinion. I could put that Jescar product on any brand new consumer vehicle and I would never get that "glassy" look. Its in the paint.
I just did the ultra lock+ x2 on my truck I did test it prior on a panels first but did more of the enviorment stuff than chemicals sprayed salt water an mag chloride water diesal with oil and let it sit a week spraying the salt mix daily after a week did a wash it lost nothing beaded like it was new I just used what my truck will be mostly exposed to in the winter and summer Any ways after the 2 coats an a few days curing this product is very very slick when it rains out the rain blows right off the paint and used on glass also an just rolls off its a nice product my go to before this was duragloss which is great also the 501 is great I still use it on my Volvo XC90 you should do a review on some of thier products you wont be disapointed

PL+ topped with 845 is my long time favorite. Maybe a Jescar rep can speak to UL+ and topping it with 845.....? Does the SiO2 addition “not play well” with 845?
