I ordered Jescar Ultra + after watching this video... The cars I have applied this product on have looked outstanding! Thanks for showing us this wonderful sealant.
Thank you so much for featuring Jescar paint protection!!!! We can't thank you enough!!!!!!😊
This Lady is awesome. Great video, excellent content, knowledgeable plus very good presenter...
Great video Chelsea! Would be interesting to see a side by side long term comparison test of the Ultra lock + vs Power Lock.
Definitely, I was planning on getting powerlock plus untill I saw ultra lock plus
Sometimes it’s therapeutic to just apply wax or sealant by hand, great video Chelsea 👍😁
I am glad to see someone else finding out how great and awesome this product is. Sun friendly too, from personal experience!!!! I opted for the 32 oz since I am hooked on the smooth wipe-off and attributes!!!1
This product was very impressive. Incredibly slick and glossy.
I did two layers on a customer's car and topped with their Ceramic Spray Wax.
Great call on how the removal was similar to 3D Speed. I had the same thing happen with the residue on the towels. I'm definitely keeping this on my shelf. I'm also going to bring back the Jescar polishes. I currently use mostly 3D, but I REALLY loved the Jescar line.
Appreciate watching your videos, you always relay interesting detailing info
Love the gloss it leaves on the car 😍 will try this product,
Great video Chelsea was tempted to buy this but held off. I have so many products, absolutely loved the original for ease of use, gloss, and slickness. Definitely will have to give us a follow up video in the future . Thanks again for the great content.
Your videos are so good and full of knowledge
It definitely brought out a nice shine! Thanks for sharing 👍!
Hello Chelsea from Australia ;) The video was short and sweet but you can't say the result was anything but fantastic..
Thank you Chelsea for another great product review!! I will be interested in how this product holds up over time …… Definitely provides a great wet shine 🤠
Awesome job 👏 Chelsea .... I've used the Jescar power lock without ceramic infused gonna try this always received good results 👍 keep up the good work 👏
Looks awesome Chelsea!!!
Great work !!! ............ everything looks fantastic !
Jescar never disappoints and the latest product seems to be the same. Great video chelsea.!! 👍🇨🇦
Good to hear they have an improved version. Have used the Ultra Lock for winter season because the durability. SiO2 infusion is surely an improvement :)
Very nice job Chelsea. Ill be trying this on my E46 M3.
Reminds me of Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant
This is a unbelievable product! The paint really stays clean, almost like magic. I've topped a day later with Collinite 845. Water just fly's off the paint.
Have you tried Liquid Glass Polish or Finish First?
@@diplomacy2000 no I have not.
Going to pick some up right now, thanks for the video.
This is what I use. Follow up with Collinite 845 Wax for the ultimate protection.
U do awesome work u are very talented. I hope to be like you when I grow up :). I hope hubby realizes how gifted and awesome u are if not remind him lol. Thank you for another great video
I myself upgraded my pressure washer and for the hose, I choose uber flex, nice stuff works well
I have a BMW 1 series also. I plan on doing Prima Amigo/Jescar/Collonite/Spray wax
Gloss is impressive
love the video great work
Powerlock Plus is really good stuff. Nice gloss. Can I put Powerlock over a ceramic coating? Good video.

🤣🤣Got out the shower and noticed it now.🤣🤣
Hello Chelsea I like the way you simplify your projects you make it easy to understand the information, my ? Is I have never used a polisher before i will be applying Turtlewax Hybrid solutions Pro 1 kit i do have everything I need for prep work in watching many videos on the internet speed is not necessary the proper application is more important I will doing alone i will not be able to finish the job in one day and I will be working outside the next should I rinse the car before resume to polishing again I have lost time I'm retired this will be a first for me I would appreciate your advice thank u very much.
Excellent video. Question what's the best way to remove milk and the horruble milk smell from carpet in car?
Thanks.
Can that be applied in the direct but direct sunlight 🤔
which do you prefer the regular one or ultra power lock?
Ultra lock+
Nice video! Can this be combined with other products for example sprayable toppers, wax, SiO2 spray solutions? Thanks!
I'd imagine so but give it that 3 hrs to let the initial layer to cure
Hey Chelsea
was this easy to wipe off in direct sunlight. I am having trouble apply/wipe any waxes and sealants.
Curious? you clayd bar de car but did no polishing this time?
If you Claybar the vehicle or clay towel the vehicle do you have to follow up with a paint correction or can you apply this after without doing a paint correction
If you use proper wash methods and lubrication you don’t always have to polish. While it can slightly marr if you aggressive the fine clay towel should be fine and then you can protect after
Chelsea. Jon at forensic detailing applied the power lock. Then applied Fusso on top of it. Then applied Sonax BSD. He predicts protection will last at least a year. What do you think?
Sounds like some good car therapy! I can send they should last as Fusso by itself is a great product
Great review and video. Door jams too?
For me, a foam pad worked better for applying Power Lock.
How would you rate gloss enhancement?
@@billbuss7542 hard to say on a scale but definitely increased
In your experience, how long does this sealant last?
6-8 months if properly maintained
What I do is I actually dampen my foam pad when applying Ultra…
How does this compare to M27?
Hey Chelsea, any thoughts as to long term durability? Even 5-6 months for a single layer I imagine would be pretty great. Obv depends on conditions and whatnot, I think you said this was a garage kept car for example, but I'd be interested to hear your experience as the months have gone by.
Cheers!
No update but I would imagine this should last 4-6 months easy if properly maintained
Do you think it’s that much better than the original Powerlock?
Yes I think so imo
you da bomb!
Any update on the longevity of the product?
I applied UltraLock in 2:31 November, 2022. I applied Colinite 845 as a topper. It’s now the middle of April 2023. Stil going strong.
First 🇦🇺
What about the lint from those towels? Does lint stick to surface?
Its hit or miss. But these were good one the paint
Is this sun friendly like the powerlock?
Yes
Hey A2D, what’s your go to paint sealant for winter prep with proven long term durability?
Either Gtechnic c2v3, jescar power lock, collinite 845, mckees 37 sio2 paint sealant to name a few but this ultra lock looks impressive. Dont have just one I turn to though
❤️👍👍👍
Nice video but obviously a promo for jescar.
Not at all. They had sent me product to test but they didn’t pay me for it nor was I obligated to review it even or like it
3rd
2 second
Top with beadmaker and it last forever
A lot of swirl marks in that car.
It wasnt polished. Just a wash clay and wax. Not every vehicle being detailed is polished.
Hi Chelsea, I'm buying all that good stuff you are covering in this great video to start protecting my new and classic cars, but I notice you DO NOT have any Chemical Guys products in your arsenal. Can you please provide your most honest answer to why you don't use them or even mention them in your videos?
I've been buying CG products as I have them available near me in San Diego, California, and I want to thank you for opening my possibilities to other brands.
Chemical guys are a retail level product and are great for enthusiasts. There are some that love them but from a professional standpoint it’s not economical and their products in my opinion are okay. But they have too many products and it can be confusing for the average joe and they perform similarly to one another. The ones I’ve tested I wasn’t super impressed with but haven’t tested them all (they have a lot). I believe they are mixed by B&B blending last I heard who also does Adams and their products are VERY similar to Adams. Again, some love them but for a pro I prefer better bang for my buck.
How long do you think it really lasts on one coat compared to two coats? Did you clay or polish this or do you apply right after a wash
6-8 months with one coat, 12+ possible with 2 coats is my best guess. I clayed the car but did not polish it.
This response came straight from Jescar President. You can apply two coats waiting minimum 3 hours. The second coat will remove the first coat but will insure nothing got missed. If applied correctly one coat is all that’s needed a second coat will not add more longevity just assure complete coverage. He went on to say do as many coats as you’d like we sell more product that way but to be fair one coat is all that’s necessary. Not my words!
