I had a 32" Toshiba I paid over 800 for back in the mid 90s I almost killed myself trying to push it in the box still up the stairs to my second floor apartment. An 80"+ tube TV would be like moving a car.
I still remember seeing my neighbor's "Home theater system" 40 inch block I could've sworn was built into the floor. No way in Hell anyone would wanna move that thing more than once.
Was cleaning out this garage, and they had a 32" with it's own wood cabinet and speaker setup... I'm no body builder, but I'm not weak either, and I couldn't budge that sumbitch. Took three of us to get it on the trailer, and even then, it was close. Meanwhile I can move a 55" LED without breaking a sweat.
A 27" CRTV fell on me when I was kid, and I was trapped under it and could have died. My older brother found me and was able to move it off me and save my life. Pretty sure he was sent by the govment, they had to keep me alive so I could become an adult and get sucked dry every payday by taxes.
I wish the guvment would at least tell me they appreciate my money. Instead they give the money to people who I will never meet, in a country I’ll never visit.

Wake up in a house that you paid taxes to build, you have to pay taxes annually to keep it, taxes on the land, then you crank your car you paid sales taxes on and have to pay annual registration fees to operate and have to pay for a required annual inspection. Then you put gas in your car that is taxed, you finally get to work and they take 23% of what you make... 50% of our income goes back to taxes in some form or fashion... ridiculous

Colonial and Early Americans paid a very low tax rate, both by modern and contemporary standards. Just prior to the Revolution, British tax rates stood at between 5-7%, dwarfing Americans’ 1-1.5% tax rates. Our founding fathers went to war over 5% tax rates! I’m paying 25-35% of my income to local, state and federal taxes! We aught to be ashamed ourselves for allowing such an out of control government to get away with this!
Honestly, you should really try to get as small a refund as possible without having to pay. Getting a refund just means you paid too much throughout the year. It's basically giving the government an interest-free loan.
Now you need the government going to that CEO from the Christmas video begging to get some tax money off the buisness or the silver spooner... Just this one year out of the last 10. The gov keeps giving the company subsidies every year while the company is now owned by a "trust in ireland" and pays 2% tax there instead of here where 100% of the buisness is operated...
