You are a life saver! I did not want to be tying knots every row for this baby blanket! Thank you so much!

You have read my mind. I learned to Tunisian crochet last month and was thinking I need to learn different stitches to make a blanket. And then 2 weeks later you are posting exactly what I need. Love it!

My eyes were opened today. I love tunisian, which I now know is the "simple tunisian" and is only one of many variations! Love this!

You have a beautiful and pleasant speaking voice. Your tutorials are very clear and concise and at an ideal pace to follow along. Also I really like how you use the embroidery needle to lift and show exactly where to place hook. YOU ROCK!!

Beautiful stitch! Toni, you clearly you describe WHATEVER you are showing. I've been crocheting for more years than I care to mention, but haven't done much with tunisian crochet. I always thought it was good for dense fabrics (like placemats), but this is lovely and very soft looking. I have a small amount of a pretty yarn, so by adding another contrasting yarn it will probably be enough to make a cowl.

Thank you. This stitch and the block stitch are much more interesting for me than the simple stitch Tunisian. The drop-down double crochet “bar” gives interesting texture.
    Blessings!

I first watched this and other videos when I attempted the holiday sampler blanket on your blog. I managed to make the whole thing in a month and was very proud of myself, but I did learn I prefer some stitches over others. This is one of my preferred stitches. I am now using it to make a scarf for the cold weather I hope will arrive soon!

THANK YOU for creating this tutorial! Your page is my first ever subscription and I made a brick stitch headband for my first go! I haven’t dug into your page, but as a newbie to Tunisian, was wondering if you could share your insight on something. I’m planning to make a blanket about 5’ wide and 6’ long using this pattern. Since im new, what length needle do I need and how do i sew the strips together? I’m experienced in crochet, but this is foreign to me. Thank you 🙏🏼

My brain hiccuped when I saw you go "above" the horizontal bar, and not below the horizontal bar, which would make a genuine "FPDC" at the row below. But it's beautiful, regardless of my OCD tendencies. lol I'll just tell my brain that it's a variant of the FPDC that I'm used to. I hate my brain sometimes.

Love your tutorials! I am thinking of doing the crochet along to learn more about Tunisian crochet that I've marveled over since subscribing to your channel. My daughter purchased Inspirations Bernat velvet yarn for me to crochet a blanket for her some months back. Will this weight 5 6 work for this Tunisian project? I'm also going to view your video on choosing the Tunisian crochet needle.
